The location is good as far as proximity to the turnpike, 95 and center city. I always thought maintenance did a good job. Office staff was good. I never had a bug issue but when it gets cold out I would get a few mice. Most I trapped was two one year and that was it. The walls are thick and I never had a noise complaint. You can't hear the people bordering your apartment which is nice. The new ownership dropped the ball when they got rid of 24 hour doormen. Mail room was broken into as well as the vending machines. My real complaint was the washers and dryers. They SUCK!
