The Trapp Door Gastropub, Emmaus PA

Ordered from their food truck while visiting at rising river brewery. Flat bread was delicious! Steak tacos were cold and the steak meat tastes like hamburger. The loaded tater tots were delicious, but very, very, small portion. Overall for my girlfriend and I, it costs $34 bucks and we were left hungry and disappointed. All we wanted was comfort food. What we got instead was disappointment.

A great little spot. Their beer selection is always outstanding. The menu is rotating so there’s always something new and unique. My go to dish is always their ramen. Their ramen is seriously some of the best around. They also have had some really rare beers on tap. My favorite is Maine Brewing Co! Hard to find that stuff around here!

My biggest complaint about this place is the hours. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone there and they are closed. I don’t know what’s going on. The hours say their open but then they still aren’t but the hours on the door said they were open. Are there staffing issues? Your guess is honestly as good as mine.

Given your hours I doubt I will ever frequent your facility - a shame because your menu looks very good!

Everything we had was fantastic. Will definitely come back again. P. S. Don't miss the Poutine.

Love the music on Fridays and Saturday with Just So Duo. Somewhat pricey but great ambience.

For 2 people our bill was about $85 thats including 2 drinks and our food. A bit overpriced in both of our opinions. From the outside you wouldn't think it was gonna be expensive. We went because Funk Brewing posted they would be here but we were informed they were not after we sat down. We made the drive over here which was about 30mins so we decided to stay and eat. Food was good but not for the price. Waitress was wonderful and nice.

I eat here at several times a year. Casual fine dining. Basically everything on the menu is as locally sourced as possible and a good choice. The food is well thought out, well prepared, well presented, fairly priced, and delicious. The drinks are on the expensive side but their beer selection is particularly impressive.

Large selection of Beers! The food was absolutely delicious! Had a variety of appetizers. Each one was better than the last. Very creative dishes!

Really unique menu options. I tried 3 dishes, all delicious but the perogies were my favorite. Not traditional at all. I also had the steamed buns, such a cute looking dish with Asian flavors.

This is our favorite place to go. Food is great and good beers as well. A bit pricey but we're willing to pay for great food and a good experience.
