The UPS Store, Philadelphia PA

5 stars for one of their UPS truck drivers (I believe his name may have been Ed?) who went above and beyond to help me figure out how to ship my packages. Thank you so much - I could not have coordinated this huge move without your help! Everyone else in the store is also very helpful but special thanks to the very kind driver who enormously helped me out the other day. I appreciate you!

The team at this location are always friendly, helpful, and quick. I've been using this UPS Store location for over 5 years and they have always been consistent. Any time I've had an issue they always help to resolve it quickly. I highly recommend them! Try to avoid going just before closing as it can get crowded with people attempting to get last minute packages shipped.

Phenomenal customer service! If I could give six stars I would. Jay and team went above and beyond to help ship some of my belongings and made a stressful experience more enjoyable. Best UPS experience ever!

I cannot not say enough good things about this store, their owner, and their customer service! My husband needed documents notarized last second and the owner (Jay) went above and beyond to meet his deadline. Not only did he notarized the documents, but he helped print and scan them which saved my husband so much time! I have stopped in UPS stores all over but this one is truly special and it’s clear they put their customer’s needs first! Thank you Jay and team!

I have had my package say out for delivery Thur-Sat, and nothing came. I then called UPS and all it was, was options to pick from. The only solution that number gave me was this location TWICE. The gentleman on the phone refused to help me, and I had every employee claim to be the manager. He stated that, that's the number they always have to call, but he refused to call it for me. I asked them for the manager and they refused to put me in contact with them. I had asked for a tracking number, due to my package now saying "info unavailable" and they refused to give it to me. They countless times hung up on me, so basically stole my property. Now they are fusing to answer the phone. I will be calling the police, and putting in a complaint with the EEOC unless someone contact's me to resolve this issue.
I viewed your reply and your flat out lying I had 3 different employees tell me that THEY were the manager. Corporate as well told me it was shipped from YOUR location and put in a service request. THIEF! I however, already put my compliant in with the EEOC. I have the whole situation. I also read several reviews and you guys are famous for acting in a unprofessional manner, lying, and hanging up on people. Thank you NOT for your time, but you sure had time to continuously hang up on me, and write this incorrect reply.

5 Star service every single day from this UPS Store. Jay and his team are the best! I've been a mailbox holder for the past year and it's always a great experience every time I walk through those doors. The service is quick and they make sure your needs are met. I highly recommend this location for all of their services.

I have been using this UPS for the last year shipping shoes out and this is the best customer service by far! They staff is always warm and friendly and is willing to help! Even when the store gets busy they make sure to get everyone in and out in a swift manner. Best UPS in the area!
