Service is always on point and quick.even when the lines are long, the staff works diligently to get everyone processed as quickly and as efficiently as they can.thats why I go there all the time.

Terrible store and even worse customer service. Funny I'm reading the reviews and the same person I had horrible service from is listed in the reviews. Probably because his step daddy owns the store. Could not get answers other than to call the customer support number he provided me with and "keep saying agent". When asked what to do when this wasnt working all he could reply with was that he didn't know. Terrible service and they could care less if their customers are not satisfied. And to then be told then don't want people like me in their store. What, people who need a little more than what they know how to do? Pathetic quite frankly. And a lost package to boot!

I drop off packages at this UPS Store location almost every day. Always great, friendly service. Thank you!

Let me begin by saying I do a lot of business with this location and have always been satisfied with the service. That is to say the employees are efficient If not always friendly. At least they get the job done. A greeting would be nice but not necessary. But I was not prepared for what happened on my last visit. There was a single employee at the counter, she was turning to leave the counter when I entered. She rolled her eyes when she had to return to take care of me. I can ignore most poor customer service behaviors but this display was unbelievable. I smiled said "you must be having a bad day" thinking she would realize she was being rude and check herself. But she didn't. Some people don't know any better and if the employer allows it they won't learn. I will keep patronizing the location because it is convenient and they have never lost a package.

I shipped a package last week, purchasing extra bubble wrap. Was told that the employee "would take care of packaging it the rest of the way". It arrived to the person purchasing the item completely broken, and the receiving person says there wasn't any padding included. Now I'm not getting reimbursed in any way, so I'm out $85.

Working at The UPS Store helping the employees and customers is a honor to give them service and they deserve and to the best of my ability to help

Horrible customer service. Package delivered Saturday afternoon told I couldn't get it until Monday. Go pick it up and one package is missing. Bad thing is everything was for my son's birthday party and the missing package is a present of his. Very horrible if possible use another store.
