Worst store in my option. Wasn't very helpful with helping me locate my USPS order. Then store repsentive wasn't listening to me. Worst company ever.

Jennifer Semple was very helpful. And extremely friendly and genuinely loves her job. I believe she's trying to become a Manager, and she definitely should be. She's definitely management material. You can tell she is a people person and has a pleasant personality. I will continue coming here because out of all the local UPS stores, the Thorndale, PA store has the most friendly and helpful employees.

I'm not at all fond of the UPS. Compared to the USPS they are less likely to fulfil your delivery requests, are obtuse in their communications, and will almost never bring a package any quicker than expected. A profit driven business, their focus is on making money, not on delivering your goods as well as they possibly can.unless you pay extra, of course. Accordingly, I always avoid the UPS and I tend to tell others to do the same. Two stars instead of one because at least they're better than FedEx.

As a small business owner, this place is super easy to deal with. If you print your labels at home and do not need a receipt, you can just drop and go!

Alex was very helpful. My former employer was refusing to set up a time for UPS to come and pickup my electronics equipment (I have a bad back and lifting heavy items can hurt and/or further injured my back). So, I had to take everything to the UPS store to then find out it would cost extra to box everything up. Since I don't trust my former employer to repay me the full packaging amount (via a phone call from their IT company), Alex helped carry everything back to my car in the handicapped parking spot. And I'll need to wait for the email approval that they'll reimburse me the full amount. It meant a lot to me that Alex was so helpful by carrying everything back to my car and even loaded it in the backseat for me.

I needed UPS shipping envelopes for my work office and was told by a woman behind the counter to go look for the envelopes that cost money. I said I just needed the free express envelopes that the post office and FedEx give out. Nothing fancy and she gave me 1 envelope. I said I needed a supply for the office and she handed me 1 more and said she couldn’t give me any more. She was rude about it too. If UPS doesn’t want our business that is the best way to go about it. Will be using other shipping methods since we can’t get any supplies. Ridiculous.

I had them send some very important time sensitive papers out yesterday requiring a signature. They told me signature could be verified on the UPS site which is false. If you don't know the answer to a question then you shouldn't answer it. I will not be using their store again.

I frequented the store earlier today and was helped by a lovely young man named Joe his customer service was excellent unfortunately, there was a very upsetting incident that was happening at the end of the counter. I witnessed an older employee berating a younger employee at quite a loud volume. Both employees were right in the face I've had plenty of drop offs at this location before. I'm pretty sure this was just a one-off event considering how great the customer service here is usually.

The store was attended by two people. The man that handled my transaction was efficient, polite and friendly. He was working with another gentleman who was working on another transaction down the counter. Both had masks on their face, except the other guy had it almost down to only cover his chin. Nose, mustache and upper half of mouth out. A total slap in the face of its purpose. I am thrilled that the man wearing a mask was the employee I dealt with; I would have waited for him anyway to avoid the unmasked one.

Nice staff. HORRIBLE Experience. I shipped a camera recently, paid a lot of money to get camera to receiver by certain time, I disclosed the lithium ion battery at time of shipment. The camera made it all the way across the country, then they suddenly stopped shipment, an exception occurred due to hazardous material. It took them THREE days to notify or contact me to verify, AGAIN, what type of battery was in the box. UPS, you had ONE JOB and you FAILED.will NEVER use UPS again. FED EX, I have never had this type of issue and I ship a lot of electronics. I paid hundreds of dollars for the expedited shipping and all for not, wasted. There is no accountability!

Helpful staff normally, but today I went to drop off packages and witnessed 2 employees wearing masks under their noses and two others joking and play fighting about not staying 6 feet apart. Disgusting.

Bruce and Jeanine have been super helpful for years! They helped us grow our business by enabling us to ship quickly, affordably, and efficiently. They've also helped with printing projects. Everyone else in the store over the years have always been helpful too. Great team!

I was the most frustrating customer ever the other day, and Eric waited patiently and respectfully while I sifted through my emails-sans glasses-to find my Amazon return codes. I promised I'd write a great review about the store and him as a thank-you! No other way to make up the time I took! Thank you, Eric!

I came in the store to have an item shipped 10 minutes before closing. The staff was very helpful and stayed late to assist me with getting the item shipped quickly.
