Brought in Amazon package to return on a Friday by Saturday morning UPS delivered it back to my front door OUT OF THE original package with nothing but just a label on it for anyone to come and steal if they wanted to! Gave them a second chance that turned into a huge hassle and I still have not received my money back from Amazon. Don’t bother wasting your time or money with UPS!

The worst. They tried to charge me over $57 to mail a single letter to Canada. Yup, a one page letter.

I said, “that’s gotta be a mistake. ”

The manager, “No, that’s the rate for an ounce. ”

Me: “Yeah, it’s an ounce, not a parcel. ”

Him: “That’s the rate. ”

Me: “I’ll take my chances at the Post Office. ”

I drove to the Carlisle Post Office….

The Post Office: “That’ll be $1.45. ”

Me: “I could hug you. ”

Don’t waste your time and certainly not your money.

Always a positive experience at this store! Today I didn’t have my wallet and they were willing to process my transaction anyway. I was able to find the $2 in my car but the small town trust that I would return as a loyal customer felt good. We need more of this! They are always so helpful!

Everybody else was lovely and fine but one guy had to ruin it and question if that was my service dog. Yes, he is. Every time I leave the house I'm reminded of what a backwards area this is.

Someone at this location is stealing peoples packages. And UPS is doing absolutely NOTHING about it! I called and talked to TWO employees, one being a supervisor and they really didn’t care at all. This is unacceptable and someone needs to do something about this. This is mail fraud! Now I have to wait 10 days until I can be refunded or have the item reshipped. Inexcusable UPS! Do better.

Thank you for your reply. I will include photos of my phone call. I was not getting very much from the first employee, all she gave me was her first name and last initial. I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone above her and was given to another employee. I am not able to reply to your reply so this is how I saw fit to show that I have called and spoke to someone there as it’s the same number that you provided me with. If someone would like to look into this and help me find my package I would greatly appreciate this.

Th UPS Store manager and associates are awesome! They always go above and beyond to assist with anything I need. I tend to visit them more than I do the post office. I highly recommend this location!

Justin was outstanding! He went above and beyond on customer service and helped me with a problem that he could have easily ignored. Justin put the effort in that many others would not and I really appreciate his competence, efficiency and kindness.

Just completed sending school laptops. Tyler and Justin were so courteous and patient! I had 8 laptops that needed to go back and they didn't even heckle me for my boxes not being taped in advance.

It's the little things that makes great customer service an awesome experience for customers. Thanks a million smiles.

Justin, Rachel and the entire team at the Carlisle PA UPS Store are reliable, helpful, excellent communicators, knowledgeable, understanding, flexible, but most of all, simply awesome! Every time I have a need, they've been able to accommodate my request, in the exact form that I needed it. I have never heard a "No, we can't do that" from them. Being the business owner, traveler and mover that I am, it's essential that I receive important mail pieces relating to licenses, federal and state taxes as well as high priority insurance paperwork, and orders from our customers. This store helps to keep our business running in a smooth and timely manner. Because of their willingness to help us as we are always changing something, our business has not missed a beat. Our customers are happy and taken care of as a result, our business filings are in safe hands, and we couldn't ask for a better crew of people to help us with with the day-to-day, and very essential, functions of our business. Thank you Justin, Rachel and UPS Carlisle Team! Bravo, 5 stars!

What a scam.needed to send a single piece of highly important paperwork but the label was on my phone, they were going to charge $2.32 to print out the label, what a rip off! If you want to save money and get friendly service just go around the corner to staples, 20cents! And they have a ups service counter right in the store!

I wanted to submit a official complaint. I wanted to send a care package to my sister, who lives in Queens, New York. The UPS did not so much as ring the doorbell. They claimed that there was no one home when in fact my sister was home for two days straight.

So, while we both weren't thrilled, she was okay with picking it up at the UPS Store after she was done visiting our parents. Out of curiosity, I viewed the tracking information only to find out it was sent back to Carlisle. I received a call that it would be dropped at the nearest location to my sister, which ended up not being the case at all.

No one called me to let me know that it was returned to shipper. On top of that, after speaking to a representative and after going through the awful automated voice messaging service, I was told that it did indeed go back to the sender. I drove an hour one way to pick up a package that should have been delivered. I asked at the customer service desk why it was shipped back and while the guy was very friendly, he had no idea why it was sent back to me. The only thing he told me was listed right on the package. I had to sign for it (without being carded, I might add- I could've been anyone), only to see that in was written in IN PEN! There wasn't even an official form. On top of everything there was no apology and UPS failed to give me a refund. Nothing was done right. From here on out I will be using the post office or some other private shipper.

Dismal experience becauseit took 7 minutes for the employee to explain the easy was way to solve the issue. Rude management who told a customer to "sign for your package and leave my store! "

A young man named Tyler came to pick up my packages for return. What a nice and patient person! I had one package by the door. When I went to get the second one, it wasn’t in the first place I looked. I told him I though I remembered where I had put it and went back to check a second place. It was nice of him to wait. I felt he cared about his job and about helping customers. He could easily have said, “I’m sorry but you’ll just have to take that to the store since it’s not ready. ” He saved me a lot of trouble by waiting a few extra minutes. Sometimes small acts of kindness have a big impact.

Drop off a decent amount of packages at this branch and the staff is always friendly, courteous, and efficient. Much like a Packaging Pit Crew haha. Would recommend!
