$3 to print one piece of paper. What a scam. There is a Staples down the way, go there instead.

Well staffed and they are very fast and efficient here. The only thing that slows things down, which isn't their fault; are customers dropping off Amazon returns that didn't read Amazon's instructions (such as customer needs to pre-pack returns in a box with label etc.). Excellent staff, conveniently located, good pricing for services, and the parking lot is easy to navigate.

I’ve been here at least a dozen times. Notary service, amazon returns and shipping. Never a negative experience.

Arrived at location 2: 58 pm on Saturday January 14. Man standing at door had soo locked he had short grey hair military cut and had glasses. I showed him phone and hee shook his head refused to open door. I had an Amazon prime return showed him through window just scan and leave. He refused to go ale or open door. Poor customer service. Listed as open to 3 yet early.

If you have a home in the Poconos you'll likely encounter the challenge of receiving mail and packages (particularly from USPS). Rather than play roulette every time you need something delivered, you should ship your items to this UPS Store.

You'll find that the service here is ULTRA reliable, friendly and hardworking. It's owned by an independent small business owner (Chris), who'll take personal care of you if you're setting up a permanent box to receive items. It's economical and a great way to know you'll get your stuff. Stop trying to pickup at USPS (where they'll just send your stuff back in a few hours) and ship directly to the UPS store instead.

We recommend it for our guests staying with us and also have extensively used their services ourselves. Don't hesitate to work with them to eliminate the hassles of package & mail receipt in the Poconos.

This review is for the manager that was in charge on September 17,2022. Was told he was looking at the store through the camera, so I never got to actually see them. If I could give less than one star. I would. I came into the store to purchase a number of boxes to put specific items into the correct sized boxes. My plan was to then take the boxes back home. I was originally told by a female employee that she would be able to assist. I then brought all of the items into the store. The employee then told me that her manager was on the phone and was looking through the camera and she would not be able to assist because there were other customers on the other line that were in the store. Keep in mind there was only 3 other customers who were being taken care of by another male employee. They told me that they would not be able to box the items and guarantee that it would be done by Monday, which is when I needed them. I was ok with that because I was going to take the boxes anyway and box them myself, I just wanted to purchase the correct sized boxes. However, what really annoyed me was the fact that the "manager on the phone that was looking through the camera" said that they had other customers to help. "WHAT? ! When I first came into the store there weren't any other customers in there! How does that make sense? Does that mean I'm not a customer? Does that mean that what I need is not as important as anyone else that comes in? Very unprofessional! I then decided not to purchase anything. I would never give my money to a place that chooses which customers it wants to prioritize, and feels are important. There are too many other stores that I can purchase my boxes from, which is exactly what I did. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THAT UPS STORE! IT'S ASHAMED THE OWNER, CHRIS BEDNAR, has managers working for him that don't believe in servicing all their customers and treating them all the same. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Packages arrive on time. Friendly customer service. Seems clean. Prices are much better than usps and packages never arrive damaged.

Employees are pleasant enough, parking lot needs some serious work. But $1 a page for a copy? !? ! Black and white! Isn't Staples like 15 cents?

The store manger was completely rude. When asking a simple question she got nasty, it seems like she was trying to start a verbal argument. Will never do business with them again!

This review is for an employee. I didn’t get her name but it was a young lady. I was on the line and there was another customer behind me. A customer was at the counter being helped but he could not find his barcodes for the return. This customer asked the young lady if she would like him to step aside so she can help someone else. This young lady had the nerve to say “no it’s ok they can wait”. Like excuse me. I didn’t want to make a scene in the store but that was so unprofessional. To say that out loud and you have customers waiting. That’s what you call being unproductive. It really bothered me. The guy that did help me eventually was fine.

I have been in this store multiple times and the experiences have all been great. The people who work here (shout out to Aliyah and Courtney in particular) are very helpful, efficient, and friendly. They certainly help to make my business life easier.

I've always had speedy, friendly and helpful service here. Usually we just drop off packages here, pre-labled, so no big deal. But still, I never wait, and I'm always greeted. Generally just a welcoming vibe from the workers! Keep it up!

So we go to return items thru Amazon. N these guys charge me $50 to buy boxes for the items to be returned. Looks like they are in the business of selling boxes rather than shipping.
I am contacting Amazon to see why they say $0 to return smth when their partners UPS is charging crazy amounts for boxes when the items don’t need to be boxed!
