The UPS Store, Lititz PA

My wife and I had a great experience with the workers in the store. They are very helpful and fast.

Excellent service. Offers solutions on a number of fronts, including printing, faxing, and shipping. Friendly and accommodating.

I have had a great experience with this store for several years. My business address with UPS was very efficient. The manager, Joyce, was patient and helpful.

Each of the people who work here - and especially the owner - are very customer-focused. They go the extra mile. They suggest how to get a discount for prepaid bulk photocopying. They do the photocopying FOR you! They are patient AND efficient.whether its shipping or copying, THIS is the place to go!

If there were 100 more stars, I would give them. I recently brought a document into the Lititz UPS Store #4517 that needed to be sent next day air with early morning delivery. My son needed it before a flight he was taking the next day. The document missed him, so I called into the Lititz UPS for help. Instead of directing me to Customer Service, Jorah called them multiple times for me to check on the location of the package and then had the package redirected to my son's hotel. There was a mix-up at the hub with the new address and the document was not sent as requested. Once again, I called the Lititz UPS and Serina called Customer Service for me and got the address corrected. She kept following up until she was sure that the package was headed in the right direction. My son finally got the document the next morning. I would highly recommend UPS and especially the Lititz office. They treated my package like it was the only package they had to process and they rejoiced with me when it arrived. Thank you to all of them, but a huge thank you to Jorah and Serina.

This UPS Store, and it’s proprietor goes the extra mile to serve their customers. They have made last minute efforts to provide accurate and outstanding service for my business consistently over many years. Cannot recommend them more highly!

I use this store frequently and have found them to be fast and efficient and courteous. Can’t believe all the whiny little bee-yatches here boo-hooing about their first-world problems, and stuff that is NOT the responsibility of UPS (like using them to mail letters via USPS).

This UPS facility has been very helpful with us needing a responsible, friendly and dependable location to help with shipping expensive audio equipment to our customers. Joyce has been excellent to work with. Thank you so much Joyce!

So i came here with my daughter to return some items. I did not know i have to packed it all up in 1 bag. The lady in the counter did not even try to help me out she saw me with a child struggling to put all the stuff in one bag. She just looked at me as I put the stuff one by one. I brought a tape to close up my bag and i can't find the end of it. Maybe she got tired looking at me and then she offerred to tape it. I hope all my items will be shipped.

I don't understand why she had to asked me to put it on my own bag.dont they provide a shipping bag that can easily be sealed afterwards.

When it seems like our country has lost it's mind and you find endless numbers of people not working you encounter a refreshing change. The Ups store in Lititz Pa is constantly busy but your experience is wonderful because all of Joyce's people working are fabulous. Things move along quickly because of her strong leadership and her own hard worry. What a joy Thank you Ups
