Excellent service from Tymir and Malik. I went in to drop a return package on 7/20 /23 and these young men were super helpful, very polite and made me and my mother laugh. Great customer service and good conversation. Would return any time I need to send a package

I walked in on Saturday morning with a package to send out. I am visiting the area, so this is not my usual UPS. The front desk associate is working on the computer. She comes over with no greeting as if she had a bad morning. My response good morning with a smile … no response … continues to check in on the computer as if I interrupted her as a customer!
Will never return. She wasn’t able to help me ship my item because I didn’t have a box (which I could have purchased there but her attitude was such a turn off). I’ll hold it and go back to my usual ups.

I think they emphasize speed (getting to the next person in line) over service (being helpful). Here’s what happened to me: UPS shipped a package I was sending out back to ME instead of shipped to its intended destination. I took the package back to the store and got a lecture on everything I Had DONE WRONG. But I had originally come to the store with the items to be shipped and a package box sent to me by my company empty with preprinted labels already on the box and told the UPS worker: “I want to make sure this goes out correctly” which tells you “I don’t know what I’m doing and I’m asking YOU for help. ” My advice:
1. UPS should ask the customer their name: “Hi, what’s your name and how can I help you? ” Knowing my name would’ve told them they had the wrong mailing label.
2. If a customer comes in asking for help, take a minute to ASK the customer what they have already done. Did they read any instructions? My instructions were still sealed in plastic and attached to the front of the box. Should I have read them first? Yes, and shame on me for not doing so. BUT if I’ve driven to your store, I’m expecting the UPS worker to be the Expert here: to look at the front of the box and say “Let’s look at the instructions and make sure we got everything. Did they send you a preprinted label with the destination on it? ” Simple.
3. In the end, SHOW the package to the customer before sending that person out the door. If I had been shown what label they placed on my package, I’d have said “No, that’s not right. ” And we would have caught the problem immediately.

I made an appt for passport photos and when I arrived I was told their camera was broken. Why not update this on their website? Such a waste of time

Extremely rude associates not willing to explain services or fees incurred at their location and quickly shrugged me off to make another call to corporate hq

Went this morning 2/2 and one of the younger women there had a horrible attitude. Obviously did not care about her job or people who came in.
