Love the Cumberland parkway UPS staff and always have. I’ve been going to this ups location for 10 years and they treat me like family. They are all the best!

Twice this week we've had to run there last minute. Once for notary and once for large file document scanning. Quick and extremely friendly. Today they even kept the doors open a little late for us in order to assist a large family planning documents for a trip to Europe! I will continue to use this location for any of these services I need. Earned loyalty, that's what customer service is all about!

I’ve been here a few times. Generally haven’t had a problem, but went to print and scan something to get notarized yesterday and they were definitely over-charging me. For example, they charged $2.98 for 1-15 mins of computer usage to print the document I emailed them, but then also charged another $3 to send me an email after they scanned it. That should’ve been included, since the printing of the document only took one minute. Cost close to $20 to print and scan 11 pages. Notary price was additional to that. I’ll stick to them for the free Amazon stuff now and spend my money at another business that doesn’t take advantage of their customers.

Ms Patel helped us with her notary services. She identified what identification we required and even waited while we ran home to get the right documents! I will definitely go see her for any future Notary needs! Thank you!

Had tried several places for Notary. When I called their notary was getting ready to leave for the day but agreed to wait for me. She was ready when I arrived and 5 min later I was out the door with what I needed. Amazing customer service!

Awful customer service and scam prices. $2.30 for a single-sided black and white copy. Staples does that same job for $0.15.15X the price at UPS. Stay away!

Tell you over the phone they are a notary and then you get there and they tell you they don't notarize certain documents. Will never use them again for ANYTHING!

Interestingly, took my docs to the UPS Store on the Carlisle Pike and they had no problem providing the service.

They charge Computer Use fee for printing a document. I wanted to print a pdf document. They asked me to send to their store email. Then charged me computer usage fee on top of printing fee because they were printing off the computer. This place is a complete ripoff.
