Showed up to get something notarized and the lady that works here as a notary has no idea what she's doing. Don't come here for notary service going anywhere else

Never going to have an issue unless it involves the lady at the front. Everytime I go in you can expect the slowest transaction or an issue. This time is by far the worst. Not only did the gentleman in front of me walk out because he couldn’t get help “his third time there” but I Go in to return an amazon package in a box…. She informs me it can’t mail like this in a box and I can’t even make this up just walks off……. 2-3 minutes go by and I leave because she scanned the item and walked off with it so I assumed I was done? Nope Amazon never received that I scanned it, this woman just left so thank you for costing me an amazon return. 100% will not ever do business, nor amazon returns here

I normally go to phoenixville ups twice a day for shipments and absolutely love everyone their but today decided to come to the Trappe location and it was terrible, handed her mailing tubes with important things inside and right in front of me throws them into a bin, being a business owner that has to ship items to customers everyday I now have to email the customers and say I’m sending more as their first orders we’re probably damaged

Possibly the most incompetent owner of a ups that I have delt with. He has no desire to help people with their customer concerns. Pushes problems to the side and when dealing with lost packages, claims that they have no such package there but after speaking to another employee they were able to do their due diligence and help find the package. Make the trip to another ups and save yourself some time

This location for amazon returns is horrible. Woman that I believe is one of the owners, never gets returns right. Just returned two blouses, and she combined into one return and not only credited for one return when I had two returns. Stay away from this place, this is not the first time I had an issue with this store.

I've been here a couple of times now mainly for merchandise return for my online purchases. I have not used it for any other purposes so far. I know they offer other services besides mailing and shipping like printing.

It's conveniently located in the Trappe Center that makes it very easy for me to use this store since it's only about a mile away from where I live. On a good-weather day, I could even walk to it.

Folks who work here are very courteous, and in particular a nice lady is very friendly and pleasant.

Excellent service and communication. I purchased some items nearby at an auction and contracted Mukesh from this location for the pickup and shipping. He was quick and everything was here inside 5 days from pickup to delivery here in NC, incredibly well packaged. Highly recommended.

I never write reviews but customers need to know. I shipped a package from this location to go international on December 29th. The receipt I was given had a tracking number on it that I was checking almost daily and after there was no movement after nearly a month (the package was supposed to deliver in 1-3 weeks) I called the shipper. It turns out this UPS store was planning to ship this package via USPS, but when I spoke to USPS they said they never received the package and to call this UPS store back directly. First, I left a message and got no response back. I called back two days later (today) and had a man pick up who would not even let me explain what the package was, where it was going to, or even offer to check if it was somewhere stuck in their facility, or to refund me for it being lost. The man continues to yell and me and say it was my fault that I used his store and if I didn’t like it I could come in person and talk to him; for my job I travel and will not be in this area for another 2 weeks. I tried to ask the man nicely to let me explain the situation for about 10 minutes and was continuously screamed at, not listened to, and told there was nothing he could do (even though he refused to get the information from me to even check what was happening). I asked if there was anyone else available to talk to me and was hung up on. Now I’m out almost $200 from this store which I have insurance from via the receipt and the owner refuses to look into the issue that they caused or even listen to the issue in the first place. Listen to the owner himself and DO NOT USE THIS STORE! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!

Terrible…. Was charged $1 to return a small Amazon package, which is supposed to be free as a Prime member. The gentleman informed me that I used his printer - even though I’ve never been charged at any store’s previously. He also informed me that he spent his time with me as well, therefore the charge was justified for him. Never again
