Always friendly and efficient. Even when they are busy and the store is packed I am never waiting more than 5 - 6 minutes.

I will NEVER buy anything that is shipped through UPS. My package was estimated to arrive on 9/28 (thursday). On 9/26 I get the "delayed" message till 9/29 (saturday). Keep in mind this package was kind of urgent. The package is now in the facility near me and instead of shipping it out on saturday 9/29 (which i know they couldve as they scanned it in at ~4am) they decide to make me wait until monday to ship my package. UPS My Choice wouldn't let me register so I couldn't even go to the facility and pick it up. I call the tech support on the phone, no answer. I call the general UPS support and all she does is ask for all my information just to tell me she will call me back, which she never did. Absolutely useless. I swear to god if I get my package on monday and it is slightly damaged I'm going to write up the biggest claim you have ever seen.

This is a very convenient, fast and efficient location. I love the new self-service package drop-off.

REALLY BAD SERVICE! Called to try to get 17 pages printed and the guy said "I'm leaving the store now and I'm the only who can do it. You will have to wait until tomorrow. Not my problem"

Horrible experience. Two employees refused to mail my package because it wasn't in plastic or in a mailer "such as an Amazon package". Hello? Amazon ships in paper mailers all of the time! Then I was repeatedly (like a parrot) told by Duncan McCaskel (a third employee) to "please leave" when I questioned him mailing it causing much embarrassment to the point where another customer offered to buy me a box. Apparently this UPS store has enough business as they chase it away. The Thorndale location had no problem mailing the same exact package about 20 minutes later and furthermore said it was "packaged perfectly" by their two female employees. There was no valid reason why I was discriminated against by these three men. Why is it "UPS policy" in one location but not in another? Furthermore when I just called to speak with the owner, I was only given the name of "Dan or Steve Brady" and told "they're never here and we have no way to get in touch with them other than e-mail" and then I was called a liar and I was hung up on by Duncan McCaskall. BAD customer service!

Easy to get in and out with designated parking up front. Friendly and helpful customer service. This place has been around for a long time and I wish they had another one closer in Exton Main Street.

The employees are generally kind and courteous (they’re excluded from the 3-star review). However, UPS schedules one of them at a time it seems. They’re doing their best, so prepare to be patient if you stop in later in the day.
