The staff is nice and helpful 100% of every visit I’ve made in the past 3 years. This is why I always come back.

The fastest and The nicest customer service! Every time I go there, they are always have the most calm and positive attitude. And always happy to accommodate any of your needs! Excellent work on whoever hires their employees there, as well as whoever works there (I’m sorry I should know y’all names by now!) …

This is the best postal service in the area. The entire staff is absolutely amazing and always go out of their way to help me. Thank you guys for always making my day as well as making my life so much easier. You rock!

This UPS store is awesome! The workers, Kareem and Matt, are super friendly and helpful! They helped us with a fairly annoying return without any hesitation or complaints. They made the experience really pleasant and amusing!:)

The UPS store on New Falls Road has the friendly and most helpful people working there. The gentleman working there helped me get my package ready for shipping. They definitely go the extra mile and deserve raises. Thank you guys so much.

Stopped here to ship a few packages for my business and was delighted to have the assistance of Matt & Kareem. I had to print something out in order to ship, they helped me with that. They were great with every customer, taking drop offs to help keep the line moving quickly and wishing every customer on their way out. This is not my usual UPS but I wish it was!

This UPS store has the best staff! Always friendly, fast and knowledgeable. This location is my go to. I am never disappointed and it’s not just one individual, it’s all of them that make it a pleasure visiting. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Best customer service I probably have seen in years. These young men are so kind, helpful and courteous. They hands down deserve a raise.

This ups is filled with the most helpful and kind crew. Everytime I come in they are so Cheerful and welcoming and make my experience a breeze. On two different occasions I caught them while they were closing and they were kind enough to still take care of me with a great Attitude. Never had a problem with any of them but the names that stick out for their great Attitude are Kariem, Matt, and Chris. Definitely my go to store.

I really like the convenience of this store. Most importantly though is the staff. I can’t say enough about them. They are so kind, helpful and can’t do enough for you. Every time I go in there it’s the same and has been since they opened. I tell them all the time how kind they are and their so much nicer then the post office people who always seem to be miserable

They closed unofficially at 12 when they were supposed to be open until 3. They clearly need better management.

Honestly, I go out of my way to use this particular UPS store. Matt and Kareem are totally hospitable, helpful, patient and professional. They always get the job done expediently and with kindness. Any job with shipping, packing, Amazon returns, shredding, you name it, these are two gentlemen you can depend on. And they are even kind to my super challenging and rambunctious 9-year-old! The store 6978 is packed with boxes & bags, 4 people ahead of me & Matt & Kariem are pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and never flustered. Those young men should be made aware of how customers appreciate their abilities. I hope there is some type of acknowledgment for these young men. Ty

The gentlemen working at this UPS Store took the time to carefully package my items and ready them for transport. Not only were they friendly, but they packed and labeled my boxes as if they were prepping their own things to ship. I truly appreciated the time and attention I was given at this location, and I will definitely be visiting them again for more UPS services in the future.
