Poor customer service. Last Thursday I drop my package in order to ship to Chicago, IL. They said it will be shipped on Saturday. I was checking updates.first it turned to Monday now new update shows it will be delivered Tuesday. Well tell me including Saturday it will take curtain day to delivered. Do not tell if it is not going to be

I've been doing business here for about 3 years. Staff are VERY nice and take good care of me. Nikki and Sarah and the other staff work very hard to keep me happy.

I've been dropping off packages at this location for years. The staff at this location are very disrespectful. On multiple occasions I've been rudely refused service and instructed to drive to the local UPS hub to drop off packages. Excuses range from 'we have already accepted too many packages today" to they do not box packages at this location. I know this is not true as I frequent this location. Even the staff at the UPS hub stated that the staff at this UPS Store are problematic and apologized. A quality control supervisor needs to investigate this store immediately. For now I would suggest until issues are resolved or the staff is replaced customers should go elsewhere.

Have to give this store 2 thumbs up. I went there today to drop off pre-paid Nespresso pods to be sent back and recycled. I had a total brain melt down and went strolling up to the door without the required mask. They saw my dumb a$$ coming and an employee stepped outside and very politely grabbed them from me before I could reach the door. Thanks guys and super sorry for forgetting to put on my mask. I will do better next time:)

*IMPRESSIVE SERVICES* I had bought a rather large, antique foot bath online from a nearby auction house & emailed this store for a pickup/pack/ship quote. Barry Wexler quickly replied with a reasonable, friendly & professional quote pretty close to his competitors. After reading this store's great reviews, especially their safe deliveries, & the awesome customer service I had received so far, I decided to give them a try. Definitely a WISE CHOICE! The already very fragile foot bath was PACKED EXCEPTIONALLY WELL! In fact, it was double boxed (the safest choice) & padded very carefully. I'm SO IMPRESSED with Barry & the staff @ UPS Store #5342 & definitely look forward to using their packing & shipping services in the future.

This is the worst UPS store I’ve used. I have a daily pick up, but occasionally need to drop packages off. I dropped off five packages about 20lbs a piece. The counter person reprimanded me for bringing them there instead of the Hub. She told me next time she would turn me away. Does the UPS store want to just sell boxes? This is my second very poor interaction at this location. The last time the implored closed 15 min early and would not unlock the door.

You should go elsewhere.

Terrible and deceitful business practices. I initially contacted the store to inquire about packing and shipping some items from Philadelphia to Toronto. Barry responded with the quote $97.22. The following morning, when we tried to pay the amount, Niki (who identified herself as Store Manager) refused to accept my husband's U. S. Visa card. We have used that card many times to purchase goods and services in the U. S.including UPS! Niki suggested that we could wire the funds to her for an additional $15. I emailed her to comment on the unreasonableness of her position and that i felt it was just a way to increase the fees. Niki then sent a revised quote totalling $174.09 (including the extra $15 for wired funds. Its clear Niki purposely raised the price significantly in response to being challenged - a very childish and unethical practice. She was also very rude to my husband on the phone. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

They delivered my live orangutan without any problems. I was quite skeptical because USPS broke my live orangutan when I shipped with them.

I had a frog to ship to some people in Los Angeles, and I was originally going to flush it down the toilet so it would come up in my friend's toilet in LA. But UPS provided a better alternative!

At first, when I called them, I was promised a discount rate on my shipments of live Lemurs, as I was shipping them in bulk. I show up with the Lemurs, only to find out that the discount only applies to Microcebus lehilahytsara (the mouse lemur). I was happy, however, to hear that the Lemurs arrived, on time, in Stratholm the next week.

I can't say enough good things about the staff and service at this store they are always kind and professional. I have used this location for mailboxes, shipping, printing and notary services over the last few years and I have never been disappointed.

Great customer service. I emailed them what I needed to be printed and they were able to accommodate my time restricted project. Very honest and friendly, much better than Staples.
