Received prompt attention by the associate behind the counter. I was in and out quickly. It is one of the better and nicest UPS stores. I would highly recommend using this hidden gem in the Clemens shopping Center

Had to drop off 2 packages to return to Amazon. The person I dealt with was very helpful and courteous. He just had to scan my email return code and print out the labels. Nice and easy. I'd go back there.

Posted store hours say they open at 8 AM. Arrived nearly seven minutes after that, and store was not open. Attempted to call the store phone number to see if there was updated hours information, but all I got was a generic answering message and then a prompt to leave a message. Very very very poor form

JoAnn was thorough and complete in her handling of our large package! Not only was her quote reasonable over the phone, it did not change when we brought in the item. Furthermore, she and her staff were conscientious, asking all the related questions to get us the best possible delivery options at the best price. This is one of the largest UPS Stores I've been in. They do good business.

I was here to drop off a router from Comcast. The store was neat; the staffs here were friendly and quick. I was in and out under give minutes.

I had a package recently delivered by UPS. I am utterly disappointed with this company. I had ordered makeup online and was expecting it in the mail today. I had my one door open as I could look out the clear storm door. I watched my package get tossed on to my porch as the man ran back to the truck and took off. Thanks to the guy who threw it, two things I ordered opened and broke from the toss and pretty much exploded all over everything else. This was very expensive makeup. Like I said the box CLEARLY stated fragile all over every side. Not that hard to miss it.

Was in a rush this morning and walked in with my package, the shipping label wasn’t tapped on and the package wasn’t tapped shut howeve the women just grabbed it from me, said she would take care everything. Amazing customer service and much appreciated.

Quick and easy drop-off! I have received very good service here. If I could ask for anything I wish they were open an hour later.

Be sure and ask for a receipt when dropping off a Amazon return
This assures a much faster credit for your return
You should not have to ask but you do

I had a fabulous experience with this store.i had a banner made for a special occasion. I worked with Joann. She spent a great deal of time with me explaining about the banner and working with me. I called her several times to make changes and she was always patient. I was so pleased with the end result. I have done business there for years and will continue to do so. They are a wonderful caring store.

I have been to this location several times and have been treated with exemplary service. In fact, one day i had just come from the other mail service store in Newtown. (near the Party Store.not UPS) where i was treated like scum, and brought my business over to UPS Summit. They treated me like a queen. Asked me my needs, helped me to piick out the correct size boxes, were patient as i changed my mind, helped me carry all my boxes out to the car. What a difference!

I thought it was just me they were being rude to. I haven't been there in years and was looking for a notary nearby and came across these negative reviews. Will drive miles out of my way to avoid using them.

I've been here a few times and I had a wonderful experience with all the employees. (Sorry I don't remember their names) quick and easy to get the things you need to shipped.

The negative views of this store are TRUE. All i wanted was a paper receipt acknowledging that i had left a drop-off package in their hands. The woman refused to give me a receipt, instead telling me to take a picture of it with my phone. Luckily, the Feasterville PA location gave me a recipe no problem. Thats the difference between a good business and a poorly managed business. I predict the Newtown location will be vacant pretty soon.

I have been going to this store for years. Al and the staff are always professional and polite. They are a tremendous help.
