The Vein Institute of Blue Bell

Dr Paul O’Moore is the best! Appointments are always prompt. The staff is very accommodating always.

This week I had the most remarkable experience at the Vein Institute of Blue Bell. I took my 95 year old mother-in-law in for a vein ablation. From the receptionist who warmly greeted us and provided helpful information and support; to the PA, Melissa, who was so informative we had no questions for the doctor, and was helpful and kind as well; to all the nursing staff and Dr. O'Moore who were all extremely competent and unbelievably kind and compassionate. Although her procedure was difficult, Mom was laughing and joking with the staff and singing their praises as we left the building. The highly trained and skilled staff, combined with everyone's respect and compassion, makes for the very best experience and results in medical treatment.

I had my first appointment here today 4/5/2022, and I was very pleased with my experience there. Everyone was very professional, courteous and helpful. I was there a little longer than I expected, but with all the information they provided, it was time well spent. Dr. O'Moore was very polite. He explained every detail that I needed to know, with a pleasant attitude and made sure I understood everything very clearly. I left the office knowing that they helped assure me that I could take my time to absorb everything and make future decisions without any pressure. A very nice visit, with more to come.

I have just completed a course of treatments at the Vein Institute of Blue Bell. Both of my legs were treated over a period of several months. I have worked for over 40 years standing on my feet. Now that treatment is done, my leg swelling after work is negligible. My legs no longer ache all day and as a result I no longer have to take Aleve regularly. All in all, I feel great! The staff is excellent starting with Dr. Paul O'Moore, his PA Melissa and all others on the staff. Highly recommend this practice!
