Parking is a nightmare. Will not be renewing our lease because of this. They tow cars every night, throughout the night disrupting residents (from parking lots that are half full, while no street parking is available). Only one pass per apartment limits this and causes people to have no where to park. My entire apartment of 4 people will wake up due to the noise the tow truck causes multiple times a night. I have called the leasing office to ask if this there is anything they can do and they have said no. Poor customer service and poor living conditions. Do not live here.

Apartments are overpriced and company will tow your car even if parking lots are half empty. Staff refuses to help when you bring up issues to them.

Rent is outrageous, and tow your car when the lot is not completely full. Better places to rent in Bryn Mawr.

I really enjoy living at The Villas at Bryn Mawr. I've been here for 4 months and it's been a very pleasant, safe, and comfortable experience. My 1 bedroom apartment has plenty of space for me (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and closet space). It was freshly painted and brand new carpet was installed days before I moved in. Maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and respond in a reasonable time frame. There was no outlet in the bathroom when I moved in and when I put in a request, they brought in a contractor to install one within a week. The leasing office staff (Nick, Tracey, Tanae, and others) are wonderful. They have answered all of my questions and are always friendly. They host lots of great community events. I like that the laundry room is right across the hall from me and I'm right across the street from the fitness center. I also like that we have a lot of green space. We get updates on all the improvements and updates coming to our community, which gives me the feeling that they care about our experience here and want to make it as enjoyable as possible. My one and only complaint is that I can hear a lot of what goes on with my neighbors that live above me. I'm not sure if it's because they don't have carpets or if the ceiling/floors are a little thin, but that is the only thing I would change. I saw several poor reviews prior to moving in and I believe they have to be about the prior owners of this apartment complex, because I have had nothing but pleasant and positive experiences with the Villas staff.

I am reviewing as a guest. Very unpleasant experience trying to find a parking spot. My car was towed for only a 3-4 hour visit. $210 dollars to get it back from the towing company. Apartment complex is not visitor friendly, do not bring your car onto the premises.

If you want to waste your money, live in subpar apartments or want minimal assistance whenever you have an issue or question, then the villas is the place for you. This place claims to be a “college friendly” but has no intent to be kind or reliable whenever you have an issue. They offer pathetic “solutions” just to try to get you off their shoulders. For the price of this unkempt apartment complex you could invest in a house. I mean seriously, by time you get done paying all the added fees, parking tickets or towing expenses its about the price of a house mortgage. Radnor police cars camp within the complex waiting for someone to roll a stop sign or just do something wrong. The apartment complexes pay towing trucks to look around the parking lots just to tow college kids’ cars. There is no warning before its done, you just walk to your car and its gone. The best part about this is that the people who work here think emailing a resident is good enough notice to new rules or regulations that are being enforced. This place, which is a college friendly place of course, is NOT visitor friendly. I won’t even begin to talk about the horrid, damaged, and old apartments. Don’t waste your money here.

Not only did you respond to 3 different complaints on here with the same templated response, you have also furthered my point while doing so. You do nothing to help the people living here with their problems, especially when the problem lies with the villas themselves. Your response to the parking “problem” is to tow. Why not accommodate the guests that are visiting rather than towing the cars, it shows that this is a sham of a business and is in fact running a scam with the towing company. There are 310 apartments/parking spaces. Since not all of these apartments are filled neither is the parking so why tow STUDENTS who pay way too much money in the first place to begin with. Half the people you are towing live in the villas but since you are too dense to comprehend that people have family, friends, and other roommates with cars you giveout one parking pass per household. A delusional excuse for a business and save the response, you’ll only make yourselves look worse with another templated response.

We rented an apartment at Bryn Mawr Home Properties in 2018. We did not rent in the Manor House—but can write about our experience in one of the smaller buildings. We had a great experience and an incredibly helpful agent on site, Tina Rocchino. The complex has very nice landscaping and open areas. They keep up with the maintenance requests, responding promptly. The one bedroom was a nice size with hardwood floors, washer / dryer included and a good kitchen. The pool and work out facility are good. They have worked very hard to improve the parking situation so now you can locate parking, but at night it is a bit of a search. The only problem we encountered with parking was during snow, the plows deposited the snow into available parking spaces so then there was a shortage ️ One of the best features is the free shuttle to Villanova University which is about a mile away. This is a wonderful place for local students, with none of the noise or wild parties that take place in other apartment complexes in the area.

As a gradute student, I am moving out the minute I am able to move into my new apartment. The apartment itself is fine, but I am paying far more than I feel my apartment is worth. No utilities are included, and the entire complex is paying a fixed rate, with the supposed promise to pay us back for the difference we may have overpaid. This complex is full of undergraduates with no respect for noise and the mgmt does not seem to care about any noise complaints. I would NOT move here if I were you - it's absolutely worth looking into ANY of the other complexes in the area

I've lived here during the 2017-18 academic year and have experienced numerous problems with my heat, the washing machines seem to constantly be broken as are the dryers, there excessive amounts of noise, and the parking is terrible. No student, especially law students, should ever live here.

I lived in building 100, which was a group of four units off to themselves. I had a good experience with the apartment.

This is a college apartment. Parking is awful and drunk folks clank in around 2: 00am. Be ready of it, and your stay won't be too bad.

Not enough parking for the residents, if you get back later than 8: 00PM, and intend on parking near your apartment, prepare to get towed.

Financial manager was the least bit helpful, after a failed rent payment attempt, they quickly placed a fee on the late payment AND because the transaction failed. No help from him until I started asking for the regional manager.
