Nice location and quiet area with easy access to everything. Responsive management and maintenance team. Has been a good stay.

Minor gripe that included Cable service does not provide HD viewing. Sofa could do with an upgrade.was too soft. Internet was great.

I'm a grad student, I've being living here for 3 years now, and I couldn't be any happier. I've seen other places were colleagues live, and this is by far the best. It may be a bit pricey, but if you have the possibility to renew early you can get a great prize for the lease. The department store stuff always reply within the day and they're super attentive of the needs of the residents. I heard people complain that Villas is a little far away from downtown, but I'm telling you, there's no greater joy than riding a bus and being able to enjoy your personal space and sit every morning, instead of riding one of those packed sardine cans that go to the other appartment complexes in the area: I've seen it and it was dramatic even before covid. Calm place, it's specially great for international students like myself who don't have a ride, as you have a supermarket and a mall in walking distance.

Charged over half of my $300 security deposit in cleaning fees after spending 8-10 hours making the place spotless before I left. It was left in emaculate condition - MUCH more clean than it was left for my roommates and I upon moving in. Being a Marine Corps vet, I surely know what cleaning to the highest standard looks like. If this wasn't enough, Id love to see what amount of cleaning would be. It might be a different story if the apartment had been in spotless condition when we moved in, but that was not the case. Please if these charges are going to be automatic, don't give the false impression that Its possible for tenants to get their deposit back.

Wayne and all of the maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful! I lived at the Villas for two years, and they were always very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Truly some of the best apartment management/staff I have ever had. Also, the apartments are a fantastic bang for your buck. The kitchens are large and have tons of electrical outlets; washer and dryer are front loaders (no agitator to wreck your clothes!) ; there is a gym (which is constantly getting new equipment/updates) and a pool; the area is pretty quiet; and until COVID, they had regular events for all of the tenants. Also, I really like that they put all of the grad students/law students in the same row as much as possible. Definitely recommend The Villas over any of the other student housing complexes in the area (and I have looked at quite a few of them).

I would 100% recommend living here! I lived there for 1.5 years and have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff in this complex are amazing and very friendly! The houses are spacious especially in the main living areas (living room and kitchen) and are well maintained. If there is ever an issue with something in the unit, the maintenance staff is very speedy with fulfilling requests.

Parking is free and there are plenty of spots all around. You get access to a gym, clubhouse and pool. The staff puts on community activities throughout the year which is a great way to meet new people and socialize. It is only a 10 minute drive to campus which I thought was great. The price is VERY affordable especially given that it is a private room and bathroom.

I lived here for 2 years, and my experience has been mostly positive. It's a good price for a private bedroom and bathroom! Additionally, there is free parking right in front of the units, and I've never had trouble finding parking for me or my guests. The first year I had some general issues with the way customer service was handled. However, I appreciate that my feedback was received well and have not had any major issues after that. Maintenance is quick and friendly. You also get access to a gym and a pool!

Overall, I recommend the Villas especially if you drive. It used to be more difficult to get around on the bus, but there's another route now that makes it easier. It's a safe and quiet community. I'm not giving it 5 stars because there is a strong smell that comes up sometimes, but once you are inside it's not really much of an issue.

They charge you crazy amount of money by moving out. I lived there couple years ago but still remember that they charged $80 for a mark on the wall (not even a hole). I asked them to remove my mattress as I wanted to use my own mattress and they charged me for that mattress by moving out because they thought it's missing. I had to call them and get it resolved. I moved to NY and found out that other apartments don't even charge for mounting holes on the wall. Overall-HORRIBLE experience.

I never had any major problems and the staff is helpful. Only slight complaint is the internet was kind of spotty/slow. However, after talking with staff I contacted Comcast and they fixed the issue with the Wifi going out and it was a bit faster too. Also, the bus comes every 40 mins and the bus route changed so you have to walk back to apartments with groceries if you don't have a car.

Extremely low chance of getting your deposit back. So don't count on that. I kept my place very neat and got 85 of the 300 back. Walls between the actual apartments are paper thin - so if you're a light sleeper you might want to look else where.

I only got like $25 back from my $300 deposit. My personal space was absolutely clean. It reeked of bleach when I left! I ran a vacuum and wiped down the desk and headboard. I did not require any special carpet treatment or painting, for which I was charged. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

My son moved to the Villas after staying at another apartment complex and the experience has been very good. We can't complain about anything to date. I owned college rentals and they are treating my son as I treated my tenants. We are so extremely satisfied with our experience that my daughter will be staying there as well. Joel was a tremendous help with my questions and was extremely customer service oriented in all of our communications. When we toured the complex over a year ago, it seemed a little to good to be true regarding the pleasant experience we had with the staff, but it held true.

It would be even better if they had a better TV network. Sometimes I can hear my roommate in the next room, so the walls are not very sound proof.
