7Went there to find calcium without d3. Found calcium with d2. I've been looking for calcium and d2 for a while.
Very healthful clerk, she helped us find the cases of gorilla mind energy drinks and let us know about upcoming promotions on a few items. After we checked out we had left an item behind and she took the time after helping the next customer to run out to our car so we didn’t leave without our forgotten purchase! Absolutely amazing customer service!
Had a bad experience with what I believe to be the owner of the store. Never have I encountered such a rude, sarcastic, unfriendly customer service worker! I tried to return some online orders to this store which is in line with the company policy. She immediately started gripping and complaining how the store was going to lose so much money. Now I don't work for the vitamin shop so how would I know that stores indivually have to pay for the retirns? She let me know this and I tried to be accommodating by taking my items back but she declined. During the return process she accussed me of "being the person I talked to yesterday. " And "oh you tried this in another store didn't you? '" No idea what this woman's problem was but corporate and I are going to be discussing it today. She ultimately didn't return the items, big surprise. Her excuse for declining the return? "You didn't pay cash" For an online order, seriously? Can't wait for the reply
Had a great experience here this weekend. The store was out of Jocko Molk powder, but the staff gave me updates on when it would be in, upcoming sales, and offered to place an order for me. I ended up walking out with something else, but was impressed and will definitely shop here again. Thanks for the great experience!
Great variety of energy drinks and powdered supplements. It seemed a little expensive but everything rang up on sale. Money aside they had exactly what I wanted. The store was very clean and organized and the staff very helpful and friendly.
