I would highly recommend this salon. They are very friendly, professional and care about their work. They offered me water, made sure I was comfortable. He took the time to fix my nails that another salon messed up. I will definitely be going back to them. Thank you for a great experience.

The most kind and caring nail salon I’ve ever been too. I came in with one broken nail and after numerous salons turned me down they took me in right away. They spent time color matching and were all so incredibly kind. Thank you so much- I will definitely be back again!

Wow this place was great! We went here before my wedding, made reservations, and was amazing! It was roughy $70 for acrylic mani and pedi. I almost passed out while getting my nails done (not their fault realized hadn’t eaten in a day bc of wedding stuff) they were so helpful-getting water, lollipops for sugar, chair outside for fresh air, mask to block the fumes, etc.very helpful and caring. All of us had a wonderful experience.

We went and got 2 pedicures. They were so helpful, professional and super friendly! We are here from Western Tennessee and highly recommend them!

After the experience I had somewhere else I was nervous to get my nails done. When I first arrived as a walk-in I asked if they took walk-ins and was told yes and to have a seat. The nail tech I had was the absolute sweetest. He saw I was struggling pulling my seat out and did it for me. He was so kind and gentle. He took his time, we had a lovely conversation, and although I opted for just a plain acrylic gel set this time I loved the shape and color. Not only was my nail tech kind and caring, but I heard the younger man beside us ask “did i hurt you? ” and the younger lady said no. All in all I loved my service, it was fairly priced, and I will be visiting again. Thank you V Nails Spa!

Best place for nails I've been coming for years. I just moved my Columbia and I still prefer to come here over anywhere else.

So today is my birthday and I wanted to treat myself. So I was looking for a nail place to go to and this place is right across the street from me and I have to say I absolutely love them. The last that did my nails is amazing and I would totally come back here?

I'm going to kms, my nails are so ugly and badly done. Service was good though. DO BOT GO HERE.

Terrible experience. Waited for 45 min after my scheduled appointment to be seen. Pedicure was start to finish 20 min and it was essentially a polish change. Gel manicure was subpar with lotsss of cuticle cutting. Very rough. Will not be returning.

I stopped by to see if they had time to do a pedicure. They showed me to a chair. I love the massage chairs. I admit my toes needed some attention, that's why I came by. Everything was going great until it came time to paint my nails. Apparently the color bottle I chose was nearly empty. Instead of asking to pick a different color she went to one of the manicure tables and poured something into the bottle, came back and preceded to paint. The problem was the second foot got progressively lighter. I didn't say anything because I thought maybe it's just the angle I was looking from. I had this done on Sunday. By Monday my one toe really started to hurt. I couldn't see anything so I went about my day. Today it continued to hurt. When I looked at it tonight is it completely red. It is really infected. If I can't heal it myself I will have to go to the doctors. I won't be back.

Very friendly and I showed a friend my nails and we ended haven't ladies night with the V staff.

I showed them a picture (second photo) of what I wanted, and they said they could do it, But it doesn’t look anything like the picture. I wanted a French manicure with a thin, pale blue tip. I paid for the full set with gel. My nail beds are pretty short so I was hoping that by getting a full set with a thin French tip, it would add some length. However, the lady painted the tip so thick that it made my nail bed look even shorter than it normally is. I was going for an elegant look, but it mostly looks childish and kind of embarrassing. Also, the French tip on my left hand is thicker than my right hand and that’s annoying.

I've been going there for years now.very friendly staff, always try to fit me in and they do a good job!

I haven’t been here in a while, but every time I do go I’m NEVER disappointed. My nails are always perfectly shaped and last FOREVER. Kim does a great job!
