Been here almost 2 years and it’s been great! Maintenance is awesome and always available. Just hope my rent doesn’t go up again this year since none of our amenities have been available to us.

DO NOT RENT HERE: The Woods apartments are a disgusting roach infested complex run out of a trailer by incompetent people. ZERO immentaties, constant renovations, unsafe tenets and pest control every week. Three years ago, it was amazing. Jenni ran this place very well. Pool, gym and basketball.life was good. Now.wow! Pay your rent ($1700) on time for three years and they treat you like a criminal. Pool was closed all of 2023! No plans for it to open. Can't wait to leave this place. Plus they hold you hostage here. Live in your car. Better plan then THE WOODS

Where do I even begin.
Save yourself the stress and DO NOT rent these apartments. Don't be fooled like I was about these apartments being "fully renovated". When moving in I noticed that many things such as cabinets and baseboards were installed crookedly and many of the doors looked like they already had past water damage. This was just the start of my skepticism. I moved in June of 2023 and by October and our apartment has flooded twice with SEWAGE water out of the shower drains! Maintenance and management are so hard to reach and barely have done anything for us as we struggled to scoop constant flowing sewage water out of our apartment for 7 straight hours to avoid water damage to our things while they just watched. We have had various other issues including leaking water through our ceiling due to a broken water heater in the upstairs apartment, frequent power outages and tripped breakers, being easily susceptible to rain water flooding, pool being as green as a swamp all summer long, clubhouse not being ready when we were promised it would be done by September, resulting moldy/mildew smell from the water that was not properly cleaned or disinfected on our floors and within the walls, and our pipes freezing from keeping our A/C at 68 degrees (and instead of actually fixing the issue, they told us we had to keep it at least 70, which makes no sense). When we finally were able to get out of our lease, it took them over 2 months to get us our security deposit back after reaching out almost every week to remind them. Don't trust the ratings, most of the 5 stars are fake comments since several are all posted on the same day. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. If you do decide to move here, I can't speak for the other buildings in the complex, but whatever you do, do not let them move you into the first floor of building 13 or 16 because they are most susceptible to sewage backups and flooding. These apartments are neither safe nor healthy to live in. If I could have rated this 0 stars I would have.

Love this place! Moved in about a month ago and am so happy with my decision. Moved into a clean and refinished apartment and have had no complaints. Maintenance is fast and super helpful as well. Highly recommend:)

Horrible communication with the office staff. Never answer or return calls or emails. My son moved out three months ago and we are still waiting for the security deposit that we were told we were getting.

Very very disappointed…. You will be late on rent by one day and automatically you will be charged an extra $375 for attorney who won’t even sent you a piace of mail…. Any rent paid after the 5fth of the month it’s going to cost you an extra $375…. Standard…… what a joke and no pool and no amantes…. What a waist of money not

This is the worst and most unprofessional place I have ever attempted to live. They claimed they had a 2 bedroom apartment available. They showed the apartment to me, my girlfriend and my 6 month old and we paid a deposit for this apartment. After not hearing back for 2 weeks we got in touch with them and they said this apartment was never available to begin with and had been given to someone else months ago. They had no other 2 bedrooms available except for 5 months out and said we could be reimbursed for our deposit if we spoke to the woman who gave us the tour. To no surprise, they never answered the phone after that conversation and we never spoke to them again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

The new leasing woman was very nice and helpful she answered all of my questions and gave me all of the info I needed. She took the time to explain every detail about the apartments available and I appreciate it Thank you

The Customer service and attention from Mimi has been above and beyond, she is 1000% hospitable to the needs of being a Tenant here at The Woods, she has completely made my moving here Amazing and Stress Free, I Love Her, she is the Best!
She deserves 100+ stars

I have been without a toilet for almost a week now. There is no one responding to any of my requests. I have put in multiple maintenance tickets which continue to just keep getting closed as soon as I put them in, including the one I did this morning. It is already closed. I have now put in 4 tickets this week. I have left multiple voicemails with Naomi with no response. I even called the emergency number last night and was told someone would be over and no one showed up. I don't think it's right you continue to take my rent but not come and fix my toilet. Being without a toilet for 6 days is a long time plus with absolutely no response from anyone is just not right.

FINALLY! There’s now excellent staff working at the WOODS office. The lease manager, Naomi as well as assistant lease manager, Mimi work so hard to keep up with everything happening at the WOODS apartments. The monthly email updates from Naomi are very helpful at keeping residents informed of progress or delays on property. Naomi efficiently, runs two different properties, and in her absence, Mimi is extremely logical and helpful. Mimi does not hesitate to pick up the ball and run with it. The Woods Apartments are finally in so much better hands on site.our maintenance crew is diligent and works hard. Hopefully the residents will realize that all staff at the WOODS apartments are working hard to make things better for everyone here. I’ve been here for seven years and continue to hang in and love it here.

I’ve been living at the woods for almost 2 years. While there have been some changes going on, the maintenance team has always been fantastic in addressing my requests timely and professionally! I appreciate the maintenance team and new management for their efforts.

Don't live here, but based on constant unanswered phone calls. And a brief visit to the leasing office run out of a trailer. Seems like nobody is running the show or has a clue what's going on here.

The apartment complex is quiet. But for almost $2,000.00 a month in rent, I haven’t been able to use any of the amenities that were advertised to me when signing my lease due to them being closed for almost a year now. Its really frustrating.
