The Yardley Inn Restaurant and Bar

One of the best restaurants in Yardley, offering excellent ambience, food, and service. We made online reservations and were warmly greeted, seated promptly even though we arrived early. The knowledgeable server checked on us regularly.

The menu had plenty of food and drink options, including an extensive wine selection. The Old Fashioned was a standout. For appetizers, we enjoyed Roasted Garlic and Fontina Arancini, while the Garlic Crusted NY Strip and Branzino were delightful mains. The Ricotta Cheesecake was a perfect dessert. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, making us eager to return and explore more. A true gem and highly recommended dining spot.

Special Birthday 60th for my friend. The Yardley staff did EVERYTHING to make her feel special! We were blessed by the kindness!

Had a wonderful lunch with my husband and close friend. Everything was done to perfection.
Wait staff very prompt and attentive. Cocktails meals and dessert were excellent. Definitely a do over. I can't wait to come back.

Mid food, wanted to replace my mash potatoes with rice and was told they don’t have rice. What kind of restaurant doesn’t have rice? Server did little to accommodate me. Blackened cod was mid af.

The food and restaurant location is great! No doubt! But our waiter (Keith) was very unfriendly, no warm and hospitality! Certainly dismissive altitude! However the other staff were very friendly!

We pass this Inn on the way to my parents frequently and decided to try it out for lunch.

My husband had the Caesar Salad and I tried the Hummus. Both were very good. Atmosphere was very nice. The weather was still nice out and they do have outdoor dining, but we decided to go inside. It was quite busy at 2PM in the afternoon during the week. Only seating available was near the bar at a table. Staff was friendly and service was excellent.

It was my father’s 85th birthday and we reserved a table for 8.
Right before we arrived, the Inn called and asked if we would like a private room and I said YES.
It was unexpected but very pleasant and great to have this service. Location is right on the river with a view. We had 3 appetizers which included the cheese board, Cornmeal Fried Calamari, and chicken wings. For the entrée, my husband had the Braised Short Ribs, one of my brothers and I had the Greek Whole Roasted Branzino, and some of the family had the Seafood Lasagna and crabcakes.

The service was excellent, and food was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would recommend this place to others and would return.

An old (1820) Era inn on the Delaware River that is right up against the road. Been there since it was a carriage path. Beautiful construction and decor, well prepared meals. The only downside is a slender berr menu. Lovely views.

Was my parents favourite restaurant. Went for memories sake. Had a delicious Mediterranean board and corn soup. And their salmon. Beautiful presentation. Awesome food. The hummus on the board was very special

Scenic location, good service and good variety of menu selections. For the price $$$ you would expect food to be better prepared. More than once my main course was over cooked. My most recent experience, an expensive cut of halibut, was served well done. When asked if I liked my meal, I told my server how disappointed I was. They acknowledged the problem but did nothing about it. How disappointing!

The hostess are friendly, food is great, and the atmosphere was wonderful. However, the waiter was not as nice as everything else. Maybe Kieth, he was trying to be quick and efficient but he seemed kind of rude instead. The restaurant wasn't too busy for him to be rushing through our order. We would have 5 Star experience if the waiter was more friendly.

This restaurant is not only classy but such quality recipes and flavor behind everything on their menu! I was very happy with my service as well as the time and presentation I experienced with my visit to the Yardley Inn! I would recommend anyone to come to this location! It's a must!

Loved the setup, such a sweet setup-lots of small thoughtful details to give the location a historical feel. From the front entrance to the back porch space everything was clean and classy. Go for the atmosphere stay for the specials, our group had each of the items listed and we were throughly pleased. Our server John, was awesome-he was informative and attentive. Truly a great experience for our first visit to Yardley.

$25 for a bland Turkey sandwich, a coke, and no service. We waited so long to be seated that we decided to seat ourselves and then we were treated like we were an inconvenience to them.

We also ordered the shaved Ribeyes cheesesteak and fries. Generouse serving size and delicious. Our server, Napolean, was fantastic.

We were so excited to go here after seeing the rating. The only think I frankly enjoyed here the glass of water. We ordered devils egg, rice balls, pork belly and octopus, branzino. All vegetables in the food were not fresh and no flavor at all. I don’t think we are going back here. Service is friendly. Ambiance is cozy and classy.

Had 2 orders of fish and chips for $24.99 each. Got a plate full of French fries and three deep fried crunchy things with almost no fish. The server said she told the kitchen. I asked for a manager but was told nothing could be done. Shame on the Yardley Inn for serving that.
