5I recently took an old Thermal Sash window to John, for repair. He was able to order the window for me and repaired it while I waited. He did a great job.
We live in Chester Springs and had an issue with rain water leakage on our patio door. We called John and he visited the same afternoon. We had a great experience with John. He is extremely knowledgeable and also a very ethical gentleman. I highly recommend him for any sort of doors and windows related issues. You will get the best diagnosis and amazing service. John installed o couple of storm doors at our house about 15 years ago. Still holding up great after all this time!
Buyer Beware. I contacted the owner John Herman of this company after noticing several of our TS windows, that were installed by him, have issues (condensation, thermal insulation popping up inside glass, etc) and although he promised to stand by the lifetime warranty and replace them he has avoided me. I have called and spoken several times and each time he tells me he will get back to me soon to set a date for replacement. He never does. It has been 6 months. Buyer beware- he will not honor his promise and warranty.
