4From the front desk staff to the doctor, the entire visit was a joke. As a medical professional, I would stay clear of this place. Dr. Ting was yelling, screaming, and chastising her assistants throughout the visit. Very unprofessional and disorganized. This is not even half of the story. I would seriously stay away.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ting for two separate procedures.
I have found Dr. Ting, for numerous reasons, to be the absolute
very best, attentive, caring dentist I have ever consulted in my
79 years. I was initially referred to Dr. Ting for a laser cleaning
of my teeth and gums. The procedure lasted approximately 90
minutes and was accomplished with perfection by Dr. Ting, who has a remarkably gentle touch in all that she does.
I then required two roots to be extracted and I chose Dr. Ting
to do the extractions. True to form Dr. Ting completed the extractions without apparent problems, in spite of one being
very ddifficult. Based upon previous extractions I have had, I
anticipated a very painful recovery. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised when there was a complete absence of
any pain or discomfort. None whatsoever at all.
I would recommend Dr. Ting as a Periodontist absolutely and
without qualification. Dr. Ting is unique amongst her peers.

Recommend unnecessary procedure. Went to another periodontist who was actually helpful.
I had the LANAP procedure performed here. Dr. Ting treated my whole mouth in 2 visits that took an hour maybe less. I had no pain at all with the procedure aside from the local anesthetic being applied. She is very friendly, knowledgeable about treating gum disease, and does not want her patients to be in pain and best of all she's very easy to get in touch with. I never had a doctor who provided me with a number where I could reach them at anytime I had a concern or a question. She is an advocate for her patients and I highly recommend her and she is very reasonable as far as costs go as well.
