Please be careful when using Tom Hoffman as your family attorney. He represented my sister and
me in a complex family trust situation and embellished his work in a way to extremely maximize his earnings. He charged for many hours for “research” at an extremely high rate of cost for knowledge that should have been known to him as an experienced attorney. He had several associates that would provide conflicting advice within the same day. I believe we spent several thousands of dollars needlessly to settle the estate of our parents and sister. Tom did whatever he could to maximize his earnings instead of trying to ethically represent the interest of me and my sister.
