I’ve lived here for 2 years and going, my wife and 15 month old love it. They can walk to the play place and clubhouse and use the pool in the summer without getting into the car. Plenty of people with kids our daughters age to meet and “play” with. Last week my wife took some “me time”and sat in the whirlpool for a while, she got a break and was 2 seconds away Incase daddy needed a hand lol.

If you value your money and your sanity, DO NOT MOVE HERE! It is impossible to get maintenance to do a work order in a reasonable amount of time. Snow piles up in parking spaces and every winter, there's always layers of black ice in random areas. I've slipped twice this month. If you're too sick to take your trash ONCE the maintenance crew won't volunteer to help. No hospitality is shown to you, regardless of how long you've rented from this greedy, overpriced company. And don't even get me started on the fitness center and pool. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THE GYM EMPTY. NOT ONCE! It's occupied from the morning to literally closing at 11 p.m. They renovated the gym, but didn't think to expand the actual building despite the millions Klein rakes in. Yes, the "gym" is the size of a large living room. It's smelly, sweaty, and always disgustingly hot since the adjacent sauna and hot tub don't have proper insulation. It's so fun working out near people who don't shower beforehand and reek of B. O.or, entitled jerks who talk at the top of their lungs on a phone or to someone else. Even better, I get to come home and shower in water with a chlorine, chemical stench, that leaves my hair brittle and broken. Onto the neighbors.to start many people let their kids run wild and scream at the top of their lungs for hours and play IN THE STREET, but management won't do a thing about it. I have videos and pictures if you want proof, email me. I've seen kids almost get run over multiple times. And do you think even one person I've ever passed or walked by has ever even said hello? Of course not! If you move here, be prepared to have neighbors who want nothing to do with you but will coldly stare. The icing on the cake: We can't get ONE small thing fixed, like the upstairs sink that REEKS OF SEWER WATER, but they put in new fixtures, tile, and carpet in every recently vacated unit. And the carpet in our entryway is torn up at the edges because the company's carpet cleaners destroyed it, so the first thing a guest sees is a strip of torn flooring and foam. It is truly a joke living here. It makes life miserable.

Very nice community.well kept.staff is very helpful.one big drawback is they don't enforce the rules about keeping bikes in front of the apts.i have complained many times and the mgmt has written letters to the offenders.as of today the bikes are still parked outside.very frustrating

I have absolutely LOVED living in Thomas Meeting. It's very quiet/safe and the grounds are maintained beautifully. Maintenance is always quick to respond and management is some of the friendliest I've had the pleasure to deal with. If my job had not relocated I would have absolutely planned to stay longer. Definitely take the time to check this place out!

Lovely townhomes and grounds. I would recommend this place to anyone unless you have a dog. We have a cat so it wasn't a problem.

If you want to live in a development that has absolutely no concerns about you than move here. Everything thing is black and white to the staff there. They don't care. I don't know about you, but i like to know that if you go through a rough time; the people that your renting from would at least try to help you. Especially at the high rates that they charge for very small apartments. They don't even try, nor care. Thats my image of The Thomas Meeting Associates.

I started with a bad impression of Thomas Meeting when, after I moved in, it turned out that they had misled me about my Dish Network service. I had been told I could continue to use it by the leasing staff, but maintenance informed me that no new dishes could be placed (there are many that have been "grandfathered" in around the grounds). This cost me about $200 due to a broken Dish contract. We also had a ongoing ant issue. Other than winter, there were ants in our townhouse the entire time we lived there. When the end of the lease came, we overlooked some details and the staff blamed the former manager for dropping the ball. The maintenance staff in general, however, are very friendly. It is a shame that the leasing staff were so unhelpful in the end. Also, the unit we rented had the world's creakiest floors, so we usually woke up other members of the family (including a baby son) simply by getting up in the middle of the night to use the facilities.

I moved into this place when I came to PA. The single bedroom apartments are roomy but are fairly dark since they olny have a single large window at either end for natural light. My main issue with the appartment is how LOUD all the appliances are.
When my upstairs neighbor takes a shower at 6: 45 am, I know!
When the central air turnes on, the volume on the TV must go up!
I can hear the dishwasher at all places in the appartment.

I am living my 2nd year at THOMAS MEETING APTS and it has been a wonderful experience thus far. For $1715.00 we have a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath beautiful Apt and beautiful view from our Apt as well as On Call Maintenance, Club House with a Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center and inside table shuffleboard, Outside Pool, Outside TV, Stainless Steel Grills, PlayGround, Tennis Courts, Great roads for bike Riding & walks, Easy access for Trash disposal. Yes, we have had maintenance issues but the guys come out and fix what ever we need fix. I love all of our appliances: Dishwasher, Fridge and Freezer (that makes ice), Garbage disposal, Stove. All the appliances are brand new and work great. I also love how the kitchen is cut so we can watch the kids and or the TV as we utilize the kitchen and the island/Bar is a nice feature. We love our fireplace in the Winter and use it almost daily. The upstairs Laundry unit is so convenient and the closets are so big with plenty of storage. We have bath tubs and showers in both Bathrooms with a tip out Shower rod which make the shower appear larger. I cannot say enough about Thomas Meeting and all they provide. I am grateful to live here with such amenities. Lawn is manicured weekly in the spring and summer and snow is shoveled in the winter. Just today I was stuck and called the office and they sent maintenance immediately to my parking spot to dig me out of the snow and ice. Again, though the price may be a bit steep at 1,715.00 a month I believe I get a lot for that price and we live in EXTON, Its very expensive to live in Chester County, especially Exton. I was shocked when I saw the bad reviews on this page and hope this helps you to make the choice to live at Thomas Meeting. For me, I love it.

The worst living experience I have ever had! They are fake at first and seem really nice.as soon as you sign the lease you become irrelevant. Beware!
