Always a good experience here. Friendly efficient staff at check in. Clean vehicle for a loaner. Good communications about pick up time.
I made my appointment by computer and received several confirmations by e mail. When I dropped off my car I was told they had no record of my appointment. After I showed my confirmation my car was serviced. I was told the service would take 90 minutes so I waited for my car at your dealership. It took 3 hours. Obviously there were not enough technicians to service the car due to scheduling issues at Lexus. Please fix the problem
Needed new tire was replaced with different tire without letting me know before doing the job not happy should have notified me before work was done!

It took 4 weeks to complete the job, although actual work was supposed to take two days max. I’ve left numerous messages but most of my calls were not returned. Yesterday I picked up the car with “check engine” and “low tire pressure “ lights on. How could service people not noticed these warning lights? They may not be related to work that was done but at list they should offer to check it. First time I’m very disappointed with Lexus service.
Thompson Lexus and Willow Grove always does great service on my Lexus staff there is always kind courteous and very knowledgeable. Believe me I’ve been to other Lexus dealerships that don’t measure up to Thompson Of Willowgrove. They don’t try to price gouge like some other places. If possible they will try to save you money when they can on your repairs. Bill Lind

I was very dissatisfied with my service advisor. Wo did not listen to what I was trying to ask to check by the technician. He decided that he will make a decision that it does not need to be done. Even though I asked him to check it as I was dropping of the vehicle. And when I was picking up the car and asked him if it was checked he said no it wasn’t because he made a decision they didn’t need to be. I left very upset. I don’t think I’m gonna be using the service any longer
