If i could give less than one star I would. I started the process of a vehicle on Friday the 17th today is the 27th and I have now paid for the vehicle in full, executed a sales contract and insured the vehicle and still i have no vehicle. I am a single mom that helped my son purchase his first vehicle on his own. We live in Florida and this dealer advised that buying from them in PA was super easy. It has been anything short of a complete nightmare. I feel like this is some type of scam but dont know how to get my money back and im too far to go into the dealership. Nobody is responding to me other than to say that they have sent me a fedex package with title paperwork i have to sign before they can release the car. Even though I have released all funds and they forced me to start insurance on it which in my state wasnt required for 30 days they still are holding the vehicle. The fedex package i first was told was sent out on the 20th then told that Fedex was sent on Tuesday the 21st but that fedex didnt have a service to get it to me until 11/27. Today is the 27th and no fedex and no response from the dealership other than to say they wont release the vehicle until this mystery title paperwork is signed. I have purchased many a vehicle and title is always done after the fact. I purchased a million plus home via docusign and sold one via docusign. I dont understand why this vehicle that is paid in full is now being held hostage in another state. I also paid full ask without any negotiation and agreed to have the vehicle shipped at my expense. I sent an email to every email address at the vehicle that i could find begging for help.
