Three Rivers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM reviews
25Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. They are willing to work with clients to move their large selection of Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge vehicles.
I took my car into the service shop for multiple issues. Frank reached out and made sure everything was taken care of and resolved. Much appreciated
Four employees weren't wearing masks. We're all stuck in this perpetual pandemic because people can't be a contributing member of society.
Great dependable service, simple scheduling and great availability, friendly staff, comfortable facility with nice waiting room and coffee, very timely service
I’ve been going to this dealership for over 20 years now. I’ve literally “grown up” (from my late teens to my early 40s) with this dealership. Frank, Mike and the service crew at West Liberty have seen me through all of my Jeep needs (and meltdowns) with the utmost care and always provide the very best customer service. Nowadays, it’s hard to find a place (and people) like this. I can’t say I feel the same way about any other company. Currently on my third Jeep Wrangler and a Jeeper for life, largely due to the team at this dealership. Thanks to all of you for all you’ve done for me over the years and for putting up with me! ️
MAINTENANCE WARNING:
Took jeep in for tire rotation and oil. Got a call shortly after and was told I needed $1200 worth of suggested service and asked if I wanted it performed same day. So simple and convenient! I was a bit surprised at such a large bill and caught off guard so I declined and asked for a list of suggested maintenance. I wanted to dig in a little more on my own. The vehicle has 51k on it and was told it was standard system upkeep.
So I have to ask: Who’s standard? Where did your employee get this info? It’s not in my manual of suggested maintenance at 50K and so I took my jeep elsewhere for a second opinion and was again surprised. This time pleasantly surprised bc They informed me that my Jeep did NOT need any further services at this time based on their thorough inspection. Not a dollar more to spend at this time. Now why would they tell me that? How can that be? Good old fashioned honesty I suppose unlike what I experienced at Three Rivers.
This new auto shop just picked up a new customer and I won’t be back to Three Rivers again and will be sure to share this encounter with anyone who wants to listen. What a scam. What a lousy thing to do to another person.
The fact that you would have gladly taken my $1200 a month before Xmas (and baby on the way) when nothing in fact was really urgent tells me all I need to know. That’s a sad shame and you should be concerned reading this as a customer.
That’s a slimy bush league move and it’s companies like this that tarnish the reputation of the industry. No wonder people are skeptical of car dealers and maintenance companies - you are thieves who prey on vulnerable people who know little about vehicles. You try to con us in to believing your scare tactics.
I’m angry and annoyed but I’m also very glad that I told service guy that I would pass because something didn’t quite feel right about the way he delivered the pitch. I went with my gut. He’s not my buddy but sure acted like it before he tried to sell me a load of horse manure. His tone changed pretty quick when I said no, and that’s not surprising one bit. You guys tied to sales and commissions? Seems like it.
Wonder how many other people you willingly ripped off over the years. I’ll post this elsewhere too so people are fairly warned.
Cheers!
Stopped by just to check their inventory and ended up buying a Jeep Compass. We loved the color and size. Salesperson Jim Bundy offered assistance and was very knowledgeable and patiently walked us through several vehicles without pushing any particular car. We are now driving in style and comfort.
Highly recommended dealership, was in and out quickly on a new car purchase with trade. Easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had (9th vehicle I’ve purchased). Ask for Chandler.
In the last 2 years we've got a Wrangler and a Grand Cherokee from these guys. The sales and finance people have been easy to deal with. The service department has also been great getting me in and out on Saturday mornings. We highly recommend Three Rivers for all your Jeep needs. Our Wrangler is a blast!
Hadn't purchased a vehicle in more than ten years so I spent a lot of my holiday time off "trying on" cars. At this age I needed a salesperson who knew when to let the final decision be mine. Chaz Offutt at Three Rivers Chrysler Jeep did just that. Patient, knowledgeable and willing to help - even if there is no sale. Appreciated his professionalism.
Bought a 2018 Jeep Compass, Chandler was our salesman. He knew what he was taking about and let us in a direction that he thought was best. This is a family owned dealership, everyone is incredibly inviting and warm. I would rather drive a little further from home to go to Three Rivers, than to Ron Lewis. If I buy another Jeep, or dodge it will be from here!
The greatest salesman ever Alex Danley! He put me in my second brand new car and I love love love my new Jeep! I won’t go anywhere else for cars ever again.
Chaz Offutt was very quick and professional. He didn’t try to push me to spend more than I wanted and gave me a reasonable price for my trade in. Overall, a great experience!
Sales manager and salesman (Alexander) were very straightforward and gave me no nonsense options to get me into the vehicle I was interested in. Salesman was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Overall, a great car buying experience
My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep Compass from Alex Danley and after this experience we will never buy from anyone else! My car has everything I wanted at a fair price. Alex was genuine and personable. We felt comfortable and didn’t feel pressured to leave with the car but with his expertise and fair pricing we couldn’t leave without it. Thank you Alex and Three
I am in love with my new 2018 Jeep Compass altitude model. Ryan Keith was a nice guy to deal with and made sure he matched me with exactly what I wanted. The process was shorter than I had experienced before and was positive. Would return for any future business.
I’ve bought my last 4 vehicles at Three Rivers Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and I’d be hard pressed to go anywhere else. This was my first time working with my salesperson Alex. He was amazing! I’ll definitely be requesting his services in the future!
As always, thanks to Homer and his outstanding team!
I was very pleased with my experience at Three Rivers Chrysler/ Dodge. I was given a great deal & treated very well by Jeff, Chandler & the rest of the staff. The whole deal was handled with ease & they handled everything quickly. I would recommend Three Rivers Chrysler/Dodge to family & friends. All in all a great experience.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when getting my first car on my own! They were able to answer all of my questions and I came out with exactly what I wanted!
Alex Danley “the guy with the bow tie” was absolutely wonderful. He easily provided everything we requested for our new Jeep lease and did so without being pushy like some other sales people can be. He got us the best value for our trade in and worked to get us to a payment we were comfortable with. Definitely will be doing business with Three Rivers Jeep and Alex again.
