Closed on our home last week! I don't think there is enough space to describe my great experience with Three Rivers Lending. We selected TRL after hearing about their impressive reputation and reviews. It was an excellent choice on our part. Kurt, Michelle, and Liz were so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive in helping us navigate the process to purchase our home. They promptly responded to each and every email and phone call that I had, provided guidance every step of the way, and successfully worked through the hurdles and snags that came to be in our transaction. In addition to providing their top-notch services, TRL worked with the best of service providers that come into play when buying a home (insurance, title company, etc.) I gained a lot of new friends. As a bonus, the entire process, up to and including Closing, took place within the confines of my home. My only regret is I didn't meet the TRL crew in person (but that may still happen). We bought our home in Pittsburgh while living in Las Vegas, which created some unique challenges. From the start of the process, long before we could start making offers on homes, Kurt and Michelle made sure we had our pre approval letter and were quick with getting us a work up of costs for houses we were interested in. Once our move date was close enough to make offers, they stayed on top of each step and locked in a great rate (well, as great as possible these days:), and got us all the necessary paperwork to sign.
