4"2ND YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE", I did a jitney trip to this place about 730pm, very scary atmosphere.felt like I was gonna get car jacked while sitting in car. It does look like what those tenants remarked.dirty, blogs with bugs and critters. God Help those ppl whom don't have enough sense to leave or can't. Count ya blessings when you've not experienced that life-style.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY! Living here you will NEVER feel safe coming to or from your “home. ” Roaches, bed bugs and mice in apartments so you will have unwanted pets and the landlord will say it’s not a big deal or it’s YOUR responsibility. The management of the river manor needs FIRED! They are very disrespectful, unprofessional, don’t fix anything and the landlord will harass you on a regular basis if you report her about anything. She curses at you on the phone, scream at you while talking to you, talk over you and never lets you get a word in as the resident. She acts more like a prison warden than a “Property Manager”. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! You’ll find yourself putting complaints in at HUD on Liberty OFTEN
I love the area but I feel like those that work the 7 little funky hours in the offices should be there when the hours on the door says they'll be there to save everyone time, money, and patients
