Wish i could give no stars.customer service is absolute dogs hit.buy from literally any other service and save your time and money.

Horrible. Cannot get in touch via phone or chat and e-mail only gives a canned response.
I have had tickets to a show for 2 years that kept getting postponed. According to the TM website I have until 7/10/2021 to get a refund. When I try to get a refund I am told the refund window expired. Very frustrating.

Warning: Do not purchased tickets from Ticketmaster and request that they be mailed. That’s what I did back in 2019, the concert was rescheduled due to COVID-19. Now 2 years after I bought the tickets, I go onto my account and they don’t give me an option to print or add to my wallet, only a tracking number from 2 years ago. I’ve tried to contact them 4 separate times about my tickets. There service has been all automated responses. No help. Now I know why people buy tickets and don’t go to the concerts

Unfortunately, this does not allow me to give them ZERO stars. EXTREMELY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY, BUT DO NOT CARE IF YOU EVER GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. I just spent $250 on tickets that will never reach me because they have the wrong delivery address on file and they refuse to change it. Lost my previous address in a fire, had to move 10 miles away. They do not answer the phone, and have no retail office to go to. Their customers are screwed if they have a problem. Will be reporting this to the BBB and the Attorney General.

It wasn't the Ticketmaster I was looking for but it send me to PNC field which is where the Railraiders play so stayed and watch a game. Had fun
