Bought a tiny donut for my toddler, $3.50.

I ordered a custom cake and was not satisfied with the design or text. The used the wrong color and the text was illegible and so sloppy. I was very clear with my custom order and sent an inspiration picture. My boyfriend picked up the cake for my birthday and did not look inside before leaving. Once I saw it I called and expressed my concerns. I was not offered a refund or anything - just to come in tomorrow for a free gift. We decided to try the cake and it was awful. So dry! Never again.

The strawberry short cake me and my mom had were not the best, the cake itself tasted like overly sweet pound cake and the cream was very thick and like marshmallow paste. Over all really bad

Five stars based on the sweet service alone. I haven’t even tasted the cupcakes although they’re adorable. I don’t think I will have to adjust the rating after I eat it though. Lol. The staff there is really sweet and patient. I hope that the management allows them to accept tips at some point because they deserve it.

Ordered a cake for my gender reveal from the fashion district location on 1001 market Street excellent service. My customer associates name was Deanna, and she was very pleasant and helpful. Made my day, I haven't even gotten the cake but she made me so comfortable, I'm not even worried. Thanx deanna.

Deanna was the best! She helped me get a cake for my friend's birthday and we had a great conversation. After I bought some Sweet Potato pie she even threw in a free cheesecake. Will definitely be coming back.

Back in July I was traveling from New York and she waited almost an hour for me to return after closing! I would rate this bakery 10 if possible excellent customer service.

Obsessed with this place! I tried the strawberry shortcake slice and it was delicious! The staff is extremely friendly as well. Victoria attended us in a kind manner! I can’t wait to order my birthday treats from here.

Birthday cake is my favorite. So baleeve me when I say Tiffany's is the greatest bakery EVER. And Dylan was a great hostess too. I've been a patron for 29years. And my mother was too my childhood cakes came from here. I will always love Tiffany's

Came for a carrot cake for my dads birthday tomorrow. Got here 20 minutes before closing and we’re taken care of! Deanna got us our cake and asked if we wanted any writing on it. Didn’t expect her to do it so quickly but she whipped out her little icing tool and wrote on it so quickly. Looks beautiful. She needs to be the main person writing on cakes here. You can tell she’s about her bag. So grateful. So impressed!

I ordered 2 the chocolate cupcakes with like oreos and marshmallow cream icing, they are a lot super sweet but delicious. Deanna helped and she was so kind and got my order quickly, I really appreciate her service and still love this bakery.

I waited 3 days to eat my cheese Danish & it was still, moist, flaky and delicious. I love Tiffany's baked goods. Deanna's so pleasant and helpful. She's a joy and always greets me with a warm smile. This bakery isn't open on Sunday so I grabbed two. I will post a picture.

This place is wonderful. I placed a cake order but had to change my pick up date, the staff was wonderful and helping me with all my changes.upon picking up my cake I was greeted by staff Deanna. She was awesome

Jon Miller really greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was perfect. I had a few questions about the assortment of goodies on hand. With his guidance, I was able to pick out sure fire winners for my family dinner. They loved the assortment I got! Coming back again, and again! Great service!

CUSTOMER SERVICE, I Called to see if that still had their cheese Danish, she asked me to hold so she could check.she came right back to the phone to let me know that they in fact did still have cheese Danish left. I always loved Tiffany's bakery but today I love them even more! Last minute party changes were made but Deanna worked her magic and truly left me a satisfied returning customer! Thank you Deanna for all your help and for being so understanding!
