Tiffin Indian Cuisine Newtown Square

The food looked + tasted like it came out of a much more expensive restaurant. Great presentation and portions, great flavors. Even the side sauces/chutneys were delicious.

If I had one complaint, it's that everything was a bit too sugary.

Stopped in for a take out order. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The food was ready in about 15 minutes. Everything always tastes great here. I highly recommend!

I ordered butter chicken and tandoori chicken. The latter was not cooked in, what they call, tandoor. They clearly use an oven for that.

The food overall wasn’t that great, especially for someone who have tried authentic Indian food. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Love the food, but took an hour for take out food to be ready. It was a Friday (8: 20 order was placed), but it was not busy in the restaurant and takeout table was empty. At 9pm, We were told it would take 10 more minutes, it took 30 more minutes. No apologies. We are taking a break from Tiffin.

Tiffin is very good Indian food. They have many dishes that I enjoy. You will not be disappointed. Note that I am a tough grader and only give five stars for something that is truly exceptional.

Easily one of my top favorite restaurants by far. Moved to Newtown Square recently and wanted to try some restaurants in the area and this one stands out as having amazing food and service! Definitely give this place a try if you’re in the area:)

We have picked up from here many times. Food is good! They get busy during dinner rush hours and weekends. Like the option of returnable reusable (better quality) containers.

This is the best place for food. I love Tandoori chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, Lamb and Chicken Biriyani, cauliflower Bezule, Chili Chicken and many other dishes.

I always order takeaway and my food is always ready when I arrive and the staff are always pleasant. The Dal Makhani I order is agreeable and no more expensive than anywhere else.

Busy atmosphere, rude service, food was good, but they don’t understand “the customer is always right”. Especially if I didn’t yet pay for my food, service should try to accommodate to make sure I’m happy with my meal. My requests were denied and I felt pushed aside.

Sadly, I can’t recommend this place. They were “out of” the first 3 items advertised - including samosas!

Excellent, friendly service. The food is amazing (love the chili chicken, tikka masala, *peshawari naan and vegetable samosas especially). Room to sit outside in a very quiet, pleasant atmosphere.

Last time I went the food was good but yesterday i was so unhappy I order butter chicken and chicken masala both wear same and too much sweet. I told them can u do chicken masala little bit spicy he just put lot of chili powder in it and gave us back no tissues on table I person just serving for all everything time I am calling her to listen me I was feeling so bad I ask for plate she just pick up from the floor and gave us my 7 year kid saying me it’s dust on that plate she did not clean never coming back hear
