Tikka Shack Indian Grub, Mechanicsburg PA

This place is a Vibe. The interior is very spacious. Comfortable lighting. Beautiful artwork on the walls. They have so many food choices. I ordered their fries and wings. Their fries serving size was enough for two people. They have these amazing flavored water choices for ppl who don't drink soda. I wish my town had a Tikka Shack

If I could give them more stars I would! The best customer service, excellent food, and always consistent. I messed up my grubhub order and they fixed it (my mistake) quickly without any issue or judgement. I was having a rough day and the kindness was greatly appreciated.

Pretty nice place with decent Indian food, definitely a new regular spot for me when the craving hits

I got the "hot" option for my food (paneer byrani), oh boy was my mouth burning when I breathed in and out haha, but it was very good and I liked the sauces that came with it

The owner picked up my wallet that I unknowingly dropped and took it to the police station who then called me to come get it. An awesome person!

My first time ordering from here and I must say that at least the pizza and fries are quite delicious even at Luke warm temperature, I will say the kick on the fries caught me off guard however definitely worth it, id go here again and get the fries at least. I don't give any other score cuz I got door dash

This place is awesome. The portions are large, I can get two meals out of most orders. I don't understand some of the negative reviews and have always been happy with my order. I haven't loved everything I've tried, but I tried things outside my comfort zone so there are always going to be things you don't end up loving. The food feels homemade instead of fast food. I absolutely LOVE the Aloo Saag - does it look appealing? No. Is it delicious? YES! Maybe don't order pizza from an Indian restaurant trying their best to cater to your customs and try something you aren't familiar with. To be fair I have never stepped inside the place- always ordered takeout because I work nearby but it's such a nice break from sandwiches or diner food. Thanks I hope you know you are appreciated

It’s a good thing I don’t live near here- we would be here all the time! This food was so savory; we had ordered ahead not knowing if we could dine- in and we could. The atmosphere was clean and bright and the food was out of this world. If we lived too close you’d be rolling me out the door and I’d gain a lot of weight I suspect! The restrooms were clean and it was comfortable and warm on a cold day inside- pleasant staff-I will be looking for an excuse to come back whenever my kids play ball in Mechanicsburg-Yum is about it! What a wonderful treat.

Food is yummy and well priced. Lady with the curly hair was extremely hospitable and made me and my family feel at home. Thank you

I love this restaurant. It's definitely my favorite place around to grab food quick. My roommate actually laughs at how often Tikka Shack is my suggestion for our takeout (not that she minds!) and I've gotten my co-workers hooked on lunchtime pickups too. Everything I've eaten here is delicious, and every person I've sent (which is several) has reported back after that they loved it, too. And they have options for just about anyone. Even my mom, who has no tolerance for spiciness, loves Tikka Shack now. The korma masala with paneer is probably my favorite dish, with the tikka wrap (also with paneer) coming in a close second.or sometimes first, depending on my mood! And their masala fries are fantastic. May I recommend adding paneer?

One of the worst biryani I ever had in my life. Taste was horrible. I highly recommend don’t go to this restaurant. I got vomit after having this biryani.

They had me at "scratch-made" and kept me with taste, quality of food, and customizable spicy level (which is almost always extra spicy for me).

I highly recommend their Butter Masala, Southern Curry, Mango Lassi, Kids Kabob Plate, Shack Naan, Garlic Naan, & Naan

Good lord! This place is amazing! Huge portions and amazing prices for Indian food. I had the samosas and tikki masala. Definitely enough for two people

Their spicy curry is amazing.popping with flavor and cooked to perfection. I tried the original and southern curry with lamb (they really packed in the lamb) and extra heat, and neither disappointed. To-Go packaging was high quality. Will be returning, for sure.

The food here is very good. It is a bit pricey. Service is a bit slow. Worth a trip for lunch once in a while.
