I bought a home to turn into a rental. Started painting and as my luck would have it the roof started to leak. Tim came out the same day I called and the next morning his crew was laying a new rubber roof. Price was great too.

What a life saver Tim was. My tenant crashed into the wall and backdoor in the middle of the night. The backdoor frame was split as well as the door sill leaving the property unable to be locked. Tim's price was good and by days end the wall was framed out and new coat of stucco as well as a new door.

These guys did great work on multiple projects I had going on at different times. Pricing was very fair and they did thorough work on 3 separate projects. They installed a vinyl fence, built an 80’ wall, and a new concrete apron/sidewalk. All done to code and look excellent. I’d recommend him and his guys!

I had these guys replace a window for me on a property I’m in the middle of purchasing, they did it short notice, communicated quickly and even responded on a Sunday which I was very pleased with, it is very difficult to find someone willing to reply on such short notice. Work looks great and it has afforded me an opportunity to move forward with the house appraisal in a timely fashion. Thanks! Highly recommend.

Rocco and Company are great. Tim and his crew and friendly and take pride in the work they do. They redid my whole kitchen, a full bathroom, renovated a second bathroom, redid my whole electrical system of the house and numerous other odds and ends and finished on time with their estimate of 2 months. I will continue to use Rocco GC for all of my renovation needs.

I have been using Tim Rocco and his team for years-I have used them for plowing and snow removal and have never had to worry about opening my business due to snow, I have used them for multiple building repairs at my diesel repair facility, they are always prompt and communication is excellent- I cant recommended them enough

Tim Rocco did an excellent job for us on a rental property. He replaced all the windows, installed a new electric service and rebuilt the enclosed porch. Complete rip off, Took $10,000 deposit and send unlicensed 2 workers to work for 2.5 hours and charges outrageous for simple 3ft of concrete in basement for $3500, and moving a light switch less than a 1ft for $1295, Avoid this crook. $10,000 will get you a hole on your floor and Ceiling and some concrete in the basement.

Avoid. Did work… Got paid… Did unlicensed work which was violated by township. Had to find someone else with a license to undo and redo the work… went to sell the house and found that the wiring had been installed improperly and dangerously when they came out for a U&O inspection.
Wouldn’t even bother to call us back.
