They were so nice in this store I was able to run in and out very quickly and the boots arrived at the store a day earlier

Kelly the manager does not have any empathy or desire to attend to client concerns and needs. Her store as she is the manager doesnt have adequate quantities of signs which indicate which boots are on sale and which arent. She doesnt have the management skills to improvise and make some on her own or train her staff to properly answer the questions when asked. Questions such as “is this buy one get one 70% off? ” Why did I ask because the boots didnt have an indication. She then rudely read legal jargan which helps establish that certain boots are included while others arent.

This did not address the inaccuracy of her staff which I mentioned. She gave me two
Options, dont buy the boots or buy them.

I purchased them regardless and gained a 10% discount for my email. The size I purchased as a gift was incorrect so I had to return them in exchange for the correct size. They didnt have the same color in the size I needed and only about a week had expired. She would not honor the 10% discount for the same boot but different color (again didnt have the size in the color I purchased) and was rude once again. I had asked her to honor the 10% being that the size I need is not in stock and that we had the original confusion about what is promotional and what isnt.

She said “You are lucky we are allowing the return” which is incorrect because its within the legal jargon on the receipt you get from them that you are able to return unused items. Moreover I wanted an exchange of equal value, the correct size, and the price promotion for the use of my email due to the size not being available in the color I purchased originally. I kindly asked her for customer service and to honor it.

She didnt want to honor it and was rude about it. This time she got an equal response by me. My options this time was to pay the additional 10 dollars because I lost my promotion for not purchasing the boot I needed on the day of or keep the wrong size. I paid.

This Manager doesn’t care about the satisfaction of clients and certain mishaps that may or may not occur either intentionally or not. If you ask me she gets tons of volume so she doesn’t care to make a customer happy or honor discounts based on exchanges for like products. If i didn’t buy them someone else would and without a discount and she knows that. Thats how she will treat you, thats why her store doesn’t have adequate signage or staff knowledgeable on promotions. She doesn’t have to manage because customer simply come. My guess her main concern is theft and she could literally careless about any customer inquiries or requests.

You can find very nice and cheap products if you buy from one of my favorite stores in a place season. It's already a nice and high quality brand

Had a good sale. I have a love hate relationship with outlet stores. You aren't really saving money and you're apt to spend more because because you made the jaunt. However they had a BOGO on some colored tims I've been eyeing for years so I finally got them. Every one was friendly and helpful if after a picayune bit of nudging. I only come to this outlet store on the way back from New York. Always stop in the timberland store and now I'm fitted for Fall!

Great store with a lot of product. Prices are much better than retail and they have a lot of stock.

Stop there during school shopping. Had good looking jackets, sweaters, and of course boots. Also, friendly and helpful customer service.

Good neighborhood store for items of clothing and accessories but I was disappointed when they didn't have my item I wanted which was a field short boot. Needs to order field timberland boots. SID

It was a very nice store, with lots of options. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they didn't have many size options for most of the pro line. I was left with 2 options for the time frame I needed shoes in.

Great service n they were very polite. I love the boots they have there. Plus the store is very clean n have hand sanitizers on hand.

Small shop, organized but low stock on items for different sizes. Good sale prices. Nice customer service.

At first for $120.00 I was going to pick out a pair of Timbs I liked! Although, They were not waterproof! The gentleman helped me find other options that were damn near close to the Timbs I wanted! I got one pair for $110.00 and the other pair was pretty much free. Got two boots for 145.00 out the
