Time After Time, Exton PA

It will be two years come November 2023 that Time After Time will have had/or lost my watch. Seriously, at this stage I know I'll never see my watch again. I originally brought my watch in to have the battery replaced. In the process of opening the watch to replace the battery one of their employees cracked the crystal. They promised to replace the crystal at no charge to me, but the watch was either sent elsewhere or they had to order a new crystal and would maybe do the repair in house, don't know. So I've called and called, been given excuse after excuse, had an employee laugh at me on the phone on one of the calls. Yes, that happened! So, after many years of bringing our watches in for service or getting bands replaced, we will never ever return.
