Tinicum Park reviews
15 We were there for the Tinicum Art Fest. It's a great place for an outdoor festival as it affords a good amount of shade.
As well as there is a nice flow to the park.going from one area to the next.
The barn is a good feature too.
Polo here is awesome! I just recently was a part of an arts festival for the Tinicum civic association and it was wonderful. Definitely returning next year!
Loads of booths - crafts, woodwork, glasswork, auctions, food, books, nice music, nice vibe, beautiful park, lots of space, parking was easy. $7 admission.
A road (or towpath) less travelled. A great place for walking, running, biking and strolling with a little one. When the canal is full of water it is so much better but alas it is mostly not.
I recently visited this absolutely stunning park, and I must say, its beauty left me in awe. The picturesque landscapes and serene atmosphere make it a must-visit destination for nature lovers and enthusiasts alike. As I strolled through the park, I couldn't help but imagine how amazing it would be to witness the exhilarating sport of polo right here.
Imagining myself amidst the captivating greenery, enjoying the thrilling display of horsemanship, and experiencing the palpable energy of a polo match filled me with anticipation. It's no wonder that this park has become a renowned venue for such a prestigious sport.

It's an experience that will undoubtedly leave an indelible mark on your memories and make you yearn for more captivating moments in this remarkable setting.
This is one of my favorite places to camp, especially while cycling. It's not usually very busy and it's right on the D&L Canal trail. The sights are nicely separated by greenery and are quiet because they're far from the road. The toilets and running water are a long walk from the sites, but they are always clean and well maintained. Plus, there is a nice disc golf course. Highly recommended.
Wish they had a bathroom, also maybe a pedestrian walking for crossing the street from parking lot to water load
Great polo field and surrounding park! Excellent spectator areas and friendly people. Affordable and regular.
Great starting point for biking. Right now the Pa trail is closed at Lambertville bridge. But typically this makes a nice 20 mile trail loop. Staring at this park, crossing at Lambertville then following the NJ trail up to the next crossing and back to PA. There are nice shops, restaurants and scenery along the way and in the summer there are great places to stop and picnic or take a dip in the river.
I’ve been going for over 20 years. It’s a great day out and great fun. Side trips to Frenchtown and other river towns can make it a complete day. Highly recommended!
Great disc golf course. Good mix of open bombers and woodsy holes. Can be windy and the canal is a challenge on 13.
We always enjoy walking along the canal here. There's always something to see in any season. There's plenty of parking, disk golf, and historic buildings as well.
This is a nice park with plenty of parking for the D&L trail as well as the park itself.
A great, open field park. We make use of the well planned disc golf course although there never are any course layout/score cards. Always a fun time.
