Absolutely atrocious customer service that starts from the top which is clear based on the responses to any review that gave an honest insight to the day to day operations and lack of accountability and excuses made especially with the cost of living being higher and so many other kid friendly options it would have been nice to be able to give back to a small business and support the local community but with the sense of entitlement they display and lack of appreciation for customers and family’s that visit I would highly recommend other local venues

The staff at tiny town is very friendly and helpful. The play areas are well maintained, they occasionally reset toys throughout the play time so all kids will get a chance to play with each house the way it’s intended. And bubble time is always a win! My 2,4, and 6 year old had a fabulous time!

Our family has so much fun every time we visit. It’s very clean and has lots of options for every kid.

My grand daughter had an amazing time here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Visiting this location bought out my inner child. Parents and children will definitely enjoy here.

Cute play area for the kids! They do have sanitation stations and food you can bring or buy here. This is a peanut free facility. Pretty organized with staff putting items back to their areas. 4 stars because the floors were soaked in 3 different spots when we came in and the multiple mop buckets and yellow signs cause little children to try to play with them because they do not know any better. Also the floor near the snack is a trip hazard the floor is not level and I tripped with my infant baby in my front porch forward because of the severe dip. When you look up it's not very appealing. After a thorough walk thru all of the floors have big holes and gashes in them so a huge safety issue, but again over all 4 stars and I would maybe comeback with coupons since it's 15 bucks per person after 1years of age

Really adorable place to take your Littles, highly recommend! Can be a little busy but all the more fun! So much to do for kiddos and a nice clean space.

Took our almost 3 year old and 1 year old here yesterday. Very pleased with the cleanliness and friendly staff members. The kids were engaged for hours and had a great time. It was busy due to the rainy weather but we liked knowing that they do cap it at a certain amount of visitors.

My kids absolutely love being able to come and explore all the shops and love the bubble party and we love that they can be independent when they want and we can also play with them

This place is truly its own. It’s a unique, climate controlled, indoor children’s play place unlike anything else. The nearby cafe provides comfortable and spacious seating for parents within eye sight of their kids. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase. There’s a convenient hand washing station and multiple places to use hand sanitizer. The staff is friendly and engaging, encouraging children to have fun and be safe. The facility is clean and frequently maintained. Maker Monday and special events add variety to the ongoing play options. It’s a fun-loving and memorable place of recreation within the Lancaster community.

This was our first time at Tiny Town and we’ll definitely be back! Even for an 11.5 month old, we had a blast. So much to do, see, and play with. Great environment with friendly and attentive staff. Fun Disney music playing at all times and a wonderful “bubble dance party! ”

Tiny Town has made magical memories for our family all year round from my son's 4th birthday party to spectacular holiday events and everyday play, we love visiting Tiny Town time and time again!

My 4 year old absolutely loved it here! He is all into creative play and reenacting real life and Tiny Town provides the perfect place for that!
It also has a great lounge area with lots of seating for the parents which is super nice and the staff are friendly!

Tiny Town is the best! It’s such a great place for kids to let their imaginations go and have fun imitating real life with friends. We have a great time every time we go and always feel welcome!

We had a great experience. It’s so fun to see my kids enjoy different parts of tiny town as they grow. The staff was super friendly today.
