Tips & Toes Nail II, Horsham PA

Had an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes to get my nails done. I am extremely disappointed in the outcome of my nails. I paid $50 for full set and my nails are uneven, bumpy, wide & an an awful polish job. Extremely poor customer service while being on her phone the entire appointment. I am very unsatisfied & I will not be retuning.

They are extremely overpriced. They don't discuss the prices up front. My nails look nothing like the pic. I promise I will not go back.
Thank for staying late, but I am not satisfied.

I've been here a handful of times but I'm becoming increasingly disappointed with each visit.today I made an appt and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seen.also I've noticed that they recently raised their prices. I wouldn't mind paying more if I was actually getting what I asked for but I'm never really satisfied with the look of my nails when I leave. I try to be as specific as I can with what I'm looking for, but it never seems to make a difference.

They normally do a good job but not this time when I went. I went in for gel and they are suppose to last between 2-3 weeks and mine only lasted a week. The nail polish came right off.

I have been going here for many years. They're all super kind and pleasant. They also stay up with Trends. I get the powder gel that looks super natural. Love it!

I don’t understand some of the other reviews, but I have been looking the last year for a good nail salon, and I found it. This has to be the best salon in this area hands down, and the prices are so cheap. It’s clean, the women and other customers are nice. I didn’t have to wait very long because, even though they had a steady stream of customers they had enough staff to handle everyone

The worst nail place I have ever been to. My nails were bumpy, uneven length, and barely filed. Not only was it a terrible result, but a terrible experience as well. So unfriendly and seemed annoyed by having to be there.
