Went for an oil change, got there a little early. Took the car right in and was out in 10 to 15 minutes. Very Pleased!

Friendly enough, however their mechanics actually left my calipers' bolts loose, and I lost one in the rear of my car. This isn't the first time something like this has happened to myself or a friend. My father went here to have his truck transmission looked at and he has had issues with it ever since.

Thought I had a valve issue with one of my tires. I check my tires weekly. I stopped by after 3 times of using 3 different air machines at Sheetz in the area. They were busy the waiting area was pretty much full. My husband gets tires there for our vehicles and has known the owner for many years. With all that was going on Paul sent a tech out in the parking lot to help me and found the problem along with checking the other 3 tires. I appreciate the service and the tech was friendly! I love this place! While I do the majority of the work on my car myself, I go here for tires. They do do other services, but I’ve never needed anything else from a shop. It doesn’t take them long to change my tires and I’ve never had an issue with anyone being rude.

Up until a few years ago, I couldn't rave about this place enough. My last few trips have been not up to my standards though. My husband hurt himself and was unable to do my oil change and rotate my tires so I went to T. E. For over 20 years I have loved the service that Paul and his guys give. Not so much anymore. The tech broke MY lock nut key that he used from MY glovebox and then I was charged for a replacement. I was upset but willing to overlook and go back. Fast forward to needing tires this year on my Jeep. I never got a call when they came in like promised. The tech who moved slow as molasses said he could not find my lock nut key two times despite telling him it was in the glove box. I also told them my tire sensor system light was on and wanted it fixed. They told me it was on because my spare was down to 17 pounds. I verified with my owners manual and it specifies that a spare would NOT do that. Needless to say, it was not troubleshooted any further and I was assured that the light would go off after my visit. Two weeks later, nope still on. BTW, the lock nut key was in my glovebox and I found it in 2 seconds. After over 20 years, it may be time to move on.

I needed tires fast. Called Paul and he scheduled and installed my tires the same day. Great service!

So I went there today to get four tires put on rims I had the tires and hundred and some dollars to put tires on the rims in mountain balance little expensive Walmart does it for 12.50 a piece there it's like 18 to 25 plus they try to nail you for valve stems every time they every chance they get markup markup will never go back

I would recommend this place for inspections and repair on any vehicle. It was well priced for an inspection and they treat their customers well.
