The employees AND the service at Tire Mart are consistently excellent! I've been taking my cars there for tires for years and have always had an A+ experience. Everyone working at the front desk stations is friendly, efficient, and helpful and the work done on my car has been faultless. I was about to use a credit card yesterday to pay for tires when Tyler pointed out a sign that I hadn't noticed on the desk stating that the store now attaches a 4% charge for credit payments. Whoa, and thanks, Tyler; I'll get out my checkbook! So, yeah.they take care of your car AND you!
If that's not enough, Tyler brought out a bowl of water for my dog:) and Ryan gave her a treat:)

Firestone couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car and tried to send me to the dealer. A friend recommended Tire Mart, and I’m glad I came. They were able to determine that the battery in one of my TPMS sensors was dead. Greg gave me the part number, so I could buy my own part and only charged me $10 to swap out the dead sensor.

They have a small waiting area with a TV and some games. They also randomly sell chocolates and sauces.

As has become pretty common during the pandemic, they charge an additional 4% for credit card transactions.

Have been going to tire mart for years. My family have always received great service. We have never had a negative experience. Tires, inspections, brakes, oil changes and repairs big or small; from our old junkers to new car and truck. We had been in a situation for 2nd opinion after (dis) honest recommendations from local dealership, and the folks at tire mart gave a thorough evaluation and saved us thousands in unnecessary repairs. It seems rare anymore to find a business that operates consistently at such a high level, and for so many years. I trust them 100%.

Do not hesitate to have these guys handle your tire needs. Called them to see about replacing a tire as I got a flat on my way home from work. Rolled in, and in about 30 minutes, they had me back on the road again. Had a side wall blow out so had to purchase a new tire. Tyler went over my options and got it done. Thank you guys
