Christina Bucci store manager always gives me great service. The mechanics are knowledgeable and there are no come backs. I will continue to do business with Tire Plus / Morrisville, Pa.

I messed up and forgot my car’s registration and the employees were patient, helpful, and kind while I looked for it. Highly recommend, would come again

Booked an appointment a week ago, just went to drop off the car and Surprise! I don’t have any appointment booked for tomorrow and if I want I can wait for later next week! ‍️‍️‍️ Feel very disappointed right now because I called with a week of advance

I came due to my tire being beyond flat, literally shredded. I was told it would be close to closing which is 7pm before I get service. I came at 3: 30pm. The employee stated they were backed up with cars (the owners were not there) and had only 2 people working. The cars sitting weren’t being serviced at the moment and I had cash ready to pay for the tasks at hand. I feel like the people at this place are unprofessional and do not move with a sense of urgency. I did not feel like a priority here and they will never get service from me. This place needs to be closed!

Atrocious Customer Service and buisness ethic. Tires Plus Morrisville is taking advantage of its hard working customers. Bought 2 tires a few weeks ago. Long story short I find out my metal valve stem was snapped and my new tire is leaking air. Yesterday I go for an inspection and to get the valve stem replaced. Head home 2 hours later my tire is halfway flat. Since it was raining I could see the bubbling by the valve stem and hear the hissing. So back we go to the Morrisville location. Cashier was extremely numb to what I was trying to explain barely said a word to me. I wait 10 mins then she shows me a large puncture hole. She says "It looks like you punctured it with something but its not in there anymore. Tires not losing any air where the valve stem is. " My son told them right there that there was no large puncture when we brought it in and that due to the rain we could see bubbling around the valve stem. The worker just stared at us then offered to see if the tires I bought had a warranty. Which I was told I had. Guess what. I had no warranty. They wouldn't offer to do anything so I had to have them put the flat tire back on. Can't drive my car and now I have to find an honest, reputable company to help me. If I had that puncture in my tire it would have been completely flat not just half way losing air like it was when I brought it back. If you value your hard earned money then take your buisness elsewhere. Customers obviously are not valued at Tires Plus!

Don't get anything other than an oil change done here you'll have to spend more money to get all of the problems that magically start after they do other services fixed. Avoid this place!

Over-priced and they don’t even overcompensate it with A-1 customer service. Definitely can do better then here. Would only use if an emergency or out of convenience

Will not visit this place again, waited over an hour to change a taillight bulb and charged 70 dollars. Which took less than 15 minutes when they pulled it in the garage.

We use to take our cars there for service and now we will NEVER go back there again. I will NEVER recommend this place again. We felt like they were doing us a favor or something, like we were not a paying customer. Very unprofessional.

Will never do business with this place again! Most places try to give best prices to attract customers, they are dishonest and make you think they are getting you a deal and you are not.
