Easy to make an appointment, clean shop, fast service…took my car right away upon appointment. Would recommend this shop!

Very helpful over the phone! They helped me get an oil change appointment the day before and had great discounts!

My tire blew unfortunately and they were able to get me in and start working on my car immediately which I appreciated because it was a work day. Great and friendly service. Will probably come back for future work because it’s so close to the office.

I was told in my work van that there was something wrong with my brake booster and master cylinder so I replace both my brake booster and master cylinder. I ended up having issues and they replace the master cylinder again but they claim that because my brake pedal has play that there was something wrong well, after all this work was done. The brakes are still exactly the same, and they pass the inspection, so it was just a money ploy to grab money. I even mention to them that to other shops for the last two years past my inspection that that was perfectly normal so I find it funny that after they did the work, the brakes still does the same thing it still goes close to the floor. It has play in it she stops on a dime, but according to them, something was severely wrong and it was unsafe but they pass the inspection after they did the work and the brake pedal is still exactly the same. Be very careful with the store. It’s all a money grab. And at the end of the day there’s actually more play in my brake pedal then there was before so this tells me that there was absolutely nothing wrong to begin with and they realize this after they did all the work, but do you think they said anything to me it now feels like there is something wrong with it

Been to this shop multiple times within the past year for multiple reasons, today I made a call for my tire, and they were able to fit me in right away and get me out at a reasonable time. Everytime I come its clean and the workers are always kind and respectful.

They fixed the problem that other mechanics could not. They had me in and out on the same day. Friendly staff clean environment.

Polite and respectful explaining what was required over and above oil change wish they still offered a senior citizen 10% discount

I brought my car to Tires Plus for state inspection and the service advisor was professional and courteous. I have been using this location for several years, and have always been pleased with the experience. I highly recommend this location.

We were visiting family in the Malvern area and unfortunately got a nail on the edge of our tire. They patiently explained that the tire could not be repaired and we would need a new one. They were able to obtain one locally that matched the other front tire. Kevin and the other technicians were very helpful.

Called this location to repair a tire. The person who answered was really friendly and helpful and made sure they could do the repair before I came in. They got me in within a few hours of when I called and I’m able to work while I wait (in a really nice sunny spot.) will always use Tires Plus Malvern. Thank you!
