Tires Plus, Camp Hill PA

Noticed I had a completely flat tire at 8pm. I was able to schedule an appointment to get new tires the next morning. Service was quick and communication was excellent through the whole process. I didn’t stay to wait, but their waiting area looked clean and had nice chairs, water cooler, and TV for those who were waiting for their vehicle. This was the first time I’d used Tires Plus, and I’d be very likely to use them again.

After visiting several places I finally chose Tire Plus to create a lifetime alignment account with them because they explained everything to me as I wanted and made an appointment at the same time.

Where I work we have an award called Above and Beyond. It’s considered our highest honored award. Tire Plus on Market St Camp Hill did exactly that. The manager Andy went out of his way to get me the best service at the best prices. My car is a 2003. It needed a gross amount of work as most 20 year old cars do, eventually. I was dreading this day. But Andy and the staff made sure to keep me informed each step of the way. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I know you’ll say “Cecil up the street will do that for $20”. Well, Cecil won’t do near as thorough a job or provide the service and quality as this garage. I recommend taking your cars here. They also have financing and deals every time you take your car in. Thank you Andy for making this way less painful than I anticipated!

Great over the phone help selecting tires and asking questions. Showed up early and they got me in asap. Not always possible for everyone no doubt but the friendly professional but not stiff service was great.

I spent 700 on tires at this place an they gave me this free oil change card, and so I went in to get my free oil change and the person working said my total is 60 dollars, normally 110 he said, so if you get one of these cards, it isn't free.

Went here for a inspection they said the brakes were separating and needed a catalytic convertor needed alot of othe stuff I brought car home checked everything' out only to find out they are scammers wanted 3,400 dollars to inspect car I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place kid lost lug nut couldn't find out size finally I told him get a piece a paper and write down what guy told you then yoj won't forget he said good idea worthless place I hope nobody else goes through this

I bought two tires. They were telling me I needed a plethora of things done to my car. I am sketchy about this. But overall the service was ok.

I provided 4 new tires and a new wheel. Received a veteran's discount for mounting and balancing 5 tires. Appointment started 30 minutes late. I was on time. Upon inspection of work there were only 2 discrepancies. One tire was over inflated. Wheels were smeared with installation lubricant. Checked and OK: Drive test indicated proper balance. Tires held air. Valve cores tight. All lug nuts present and at proper torque. Wheels not damaged.

Great service. My flat tire was fixed on a weekend and I was able to drive to work on Monday. Highly recommend.

Needed 4 new tires and Jonathan the service manager made the buying process easy and got me an appointment quickly. Andy the store manager contacted me regarding an issue with my brakes that was corrected! Thank you both for great service!

Very appreciative they helped me out on a Sunday when my car was over heating. They were able to get my fan working again and get my car back on the road. Great service and helpful staff.

These guys are a joke… Bunch of knuckleheads screw up everything they touch…… Real damage to my wheels and then denied it

My husband and I took our vehicle here for an inspection since our normal garage didn't have a person for inspection. When Tires Plus called us, they said the car needed almost $2700 in work. Obviously we said no, and picked up our car. At the point, we found out that only $1600 was needed to pass and the other grand was outrageously overcharged 'recommended' items. None of that was disclosed during the initial call, which clearly shows the dishonesty of the employees. Furthermore, we took the car to a garage that was recommended by a friends and TOLD them the issues that Tires Plus said. Even after being told to specifically look at those items, NOTHING WAS FOUND. The second garage told me that everything that Tires Plus said needed fixed for inspection was untrue and after showing them the quote, said that they were grossly overcharging for the work they claimed needed to be done. If I were you, I'd stay as far away as you can from this store and the dishonest employees that work here.

I had to go back after picking my jeep up before, but they rectified the issue. For the the most past they are trust worthy, will try and find u coupons or discounts where needed. I will continue to use their services.

We got 2 new tires and they didn't install the valves properly. I had to go to a different shop to get it repaired.
