4Nice view from parking lot that's close to river. We stopped to eat our homemade lunch and enjoy the serene view.
Not for larger vehicles and boats. Although parking / prep area is well kept, the ramps to and from the launch are very narrow with 180 degree turns on each end that are very sharp and narrow. My extended cab, 8 foot bed truck, and 18 foot bass boat were not an easy in and out. Single dock has no cleats to tie off to while embarking and disembarking.
The Clarion river is absolutely beautiful. Toby Boat launch is very busy. Only one spot for launching your boat. With the lower water levels, if you have a bigger boat, launching and loading your boat could be tricky. Pulling boat out is quit an uphill climb and with a little gravel, makes for spinning of tires. Parking is also tricky. Again, Clarion River is beautiful.
Very nice little boat launch area. This was the first stop on our fall leaf tour.
