Both the manager and the salesperson, Ellie Clarke were very helpful. They checked out my problem and will fix the problem with out any hassles. Would recommend Tom Hesser when purchasing a car.
I would not recommend the Chevy department for service. I don't know about the BMW department but I have had so many issues with this company. They never answer the phone or call back. Brought vehicle in for one thing and they did another, made another appointment and they left me sitting there for over an hour and said that I didn't check in with Chevy dept but I spoke to the women at the front desk and the lady that handles Chevy walked by me numerous times. Called today to ask about a recall issue and they told me I would be charged $138 for diagnostic if it didn't come up as the recall problem. Then called Chevy in Peckville PA and she was a lot more helpful and was able to clear up the problem for me. If you need any service done I would recommend the one in Peckville PA.

Driving to NYC for important medical appointment, hit pothole late at night and blew out a tire. Limped in to Scranton on run flat tire, checked into hotel at 1a with family. Cold called Tom Hessler BMW at 9a when they opened. Service reps listened to my sob story (which was true!), and immediately found a tire and replaced the blown out one, by 10a. I was able to rush back to hotel, wake everyone up, pack car up, and get to hospital in NYC for the medical appt by 1p. I am so so so grateful for their compassion and professionalism. For me, 6 stars out of 5!

Very pleasant to deal with. They took care of my recall for the heated seats install right away. From the original buying experience to any concerns/issues I have, they are on top of it. I will def buy my next vehicle here as well
Edit: I just bought my second vehicle from Tom Hesser. Dealt with Bryan Holly again. He’s a great, easy to deal with salesman. As long as he’s there, I will deal with him for all my future needs.

You're not going to find a better Chevy dealer in 100 miles. This dealer is truly second to none, at least for me! As far as Sales people go, Elle Clarke was absolutely amazing. If I was you I would ask for her undoubtedly!

I worked with both Kayla and Chris! They both helped me so much in the process and are so fun to work with! They answered all the questions I had and made sure I was 100% happy with what I was taking home! I would recommend them any day! But honestly, any sales person you encounter here is fantastic! They are all so welcoming and Jenn from finance was honestly so funny and informed me on everything I was completing as well and left out no information. Thank you guys so much!
Service was fast and accurate. The service team was great. Tammy and Kim did a fantastic job. The service technician resolved my problem that I was having with my vehicle. Everything was kept neat and clean. I was very happy with the manner in which my vehicle was serviced and returned to me. Great service after the sale is what keeps me coming back to Tom Hesser Chevrolet when it's time for me to buy a new vehicle.
Bad experience and bad service, I went through to them for 2 times, 1st time they damage my control module for my BMW car with no help and left me go without service and was going to them and the car was in good condition, 2nd time I went to them to change that module and I got another problem at the car, I not preferred them to anyone after all of this happened. They collected money without service, I think they are not capable of fixing
When I made the appt due to warning lights coming on which I thought was due to a recall I was not informed that there would be 136.00 diagnostic fee. I dropped the car off the night before never received a call until I called at 2 pm the afternoon and left message and it took two more calls before I got someone and was told they left a message which they did not. Then was informed it would cost 452.00 for a battery. When I was told about the diagnostic charge and I explained I was never informed of that it didn’t since seem to matter. I go to pick up the car walk the woman is behind the desk, a service worker in the the chair in front of the desk does not bother to get up. A bad look, Poor customer service. I would not take my car back there as my first choice.
