Honest answers. Everyone went above and beyond in my first experience. If there is a follow up survey in a year or after a few service visits it would be helpful. My initial veiw is all good things but as I've found with other dealers that could change. As of now though, great experience, good people. Thanks for everything

My service advisor explained everything and demonstrated caring service. He helped solve my electronic issues that really didn’t require service but was a simple explanation.

My son's Nissan Altima had a recall notice. The dealership made an appointment for me quickly, and let us know my son's brakes were wearing out. They finished the work quickly and were very professional and polite. Wonderful!

I used to buy Fords only my entire life. When Ford started marking up all of their SVT vehicles $10K to $25K I switched to Nissan. I bought a Nissan Rogue and a Nissan Titan Pro-4X. I have had all of the service for both vehicles done at Tom Hesser Nissan. I am a very difficult customer. I ask a lot of a dealer and I have to say they are a fantastic dealership to work with. I have no regrets so far after 3 years switching to Nissan.

Spectacular! Management and all its employees are always a pleasure to be around. The trust they build with you as a customer and care they put into every aspect of buying a car from them is incredible. They made it a smooth and easy experience to buy a specific car that I particularly wanted! And whenever I needed maintenance done, they’ve always been precise on making sure everything is looked over, done, and running perfectly.

Salesman, Carm Perri explained in detail how the vehicle purchasing works. As a first time vehicle buyer, I needed a smooth transaction. He was there and available throughout the process. The transaction could not have gone any easier.

Service was great! My oil change and tire rotation was done quickly and they even checked other things to make sure my Nissan was safe. The service guy let me know how things were going and even apologized because I waited a little longer due to him being on a call. Awesome service

I am not one to go out of my way to leave a review but my experience with this dealership was very bad. First the pricing breakdown on the car was explained wrong. Next my license plate was not put on the new car I bought so I couldn’t even drive it until the next day. The car also had a bad radio that would shut off randomly every 10-20 minutes (test drive wasn’t long enough for me to notice this). When I brought the car back to get the radio fixed and license plate on I ended up being there for an hour and a half after I was told it would take 15 minutes, and the radio was still broken! I then had to come back AGAIN and get the radio fixed. Then when I needed an oil change on the car, I had 4 free included in the package that came with the car, and they still tried to charge me for the oil change. Along with that it is next to impossible to reach the service department, every time I have tried to reach them I get the voice mail and have only received a call back once.

All went very smooth. Everyone was very helpful. My sales person (Desiree) and F&I guy (Albert) were both down to earth and took the time to walk me thru the car buying process. I did not have any issues, or stress, buying my 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum.

From the sales team to the sales manager Albert the whole experience was amazing. They treated me and my wife with respect and honesty. We went to a different Nissan dealership earlier in the day and were entirely disappointed with their deal. We came to Tom Hesser and walked out with the truck we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. We can't thank them enough we love our new truck!
