After doing a half-assed job on aerating and seeding my back yard; and me calling to complain and canceling my service; they showed up today to service my yard. And, damaging what little new grass that had started growing. Plus, the tires on the machine tore up what good grass I had growing. Doesn't anyone use their heads over there? What a poorly run organization. 0 communication.
